Tuvimos que esperar una hora a que abrieran la oficina.Oficina que pone horario de 8 a 22:00 y eran las 11 de la mañana.Cuando los chicos llegaron el sistema operativo era muy lento haciendonos esperar otros 20minutos.Los trabajadores eran muy amables pero x toda la espera de no tener la oficina abierta a su hora yo no recomiendo esta empresa. The car was clean, in great condition, and the pricing was reasonable. No hidden surprises, no unnecessary complications, just a straightforward and reliable service.What I also really liked was how simple it was to find the parking area where the car was located. After leaving the airport, it was only around a 3-minute walk from their office to the airport parking lot, so the pickup and drop off process felt very smooth.I’ll definitely be using TOPrent⁠ again for my future trips to Lithuania and would recommend them to anyone looking for an easy car rental experience at Kaunas Airport. Arrived at Kaunas after booking car rental through booking.com only to be told i had to pay an extra £100 deposit as i did not have a credit card. Was then told inhad tontake their insurance out at €20 per day. I was told the deposit would be refunded after a month. Waited a month, no refund. Called them at least 6 times over a number of days. Different agents answered. One palmed me off to another and nearly 2 months on still no refund, accepted that ive lost out. Very disappointed and upset Show less

I had a great experience with this car rental company. Booking online was simple, and pickup at the airport was smooth with friendly and helpful staff. Car in great condition. HOWEVER they a cheeky bunch: You have to pay extra 15 euros, else you have to bring the car back professionally cleaned! Never heard anything like this before. You will have to pay extra upon collection. PLUS they don't give you the car documents, only the rental contract "in case the car gets stolen" (???). We got stopped twice by the police who said this is not acceptable. This could cause you trouble expecially if you cross into the other Baltic states as they stop most cars crossing the border. Standing here for 30minutes already, waiting for an employee to come. Called the phone number and they said they were waiting but we didn't show up (flight was delayed). Seriously? Is there no such thing as Internet to look the flight times up? Just incredible Show less
