RENT - You deserve the best

I was happy for more then 5 years until now.In the middle of my holiday rental time start noise when braking I checked my self anwas in very low condition brake pads and disc, how they can rent a cars in this condition I could kill my self , because of them also gear box noising when start engine or switch off on arrival pick up the car I was booked for manual gearbox car , but they haven't got in stock!! and lastly they charge me for fuel missing!Never back again and not recommend this rental company! The car rental experience was fine, but a week after the rental, I received an email saying we'd been fined. The email didn't include the actual fine; instead, it was an invoice from this company, TOPRENT, which doesn't verify the fine's authenticity. We replied to the email asking them to send us the police report, but they flatly refused. This leads us to believe we've been scammed and charged for the fine to make extra money. The money was taken directly from my bank account without any recourse. I absolutely do not recommend this company. Show less

Mašinas gavau tvarkingas ir švarias.Minusai:-nėra nurodyta informacija, kad TopRent randasi Enterprise kompanijoje. (Visą šią informaciją radau tik per žmonių komentarus).-ĮSPĖJIMAS! Ši kompanija reikalauja kreditinės kortelės. Priima tik VISA ir MasterCard. Show less

When arriving to collect the car, we were told it was parked in the P1 parking area. After searching and not finding it, we went back to the office, but they sent us to the same parking area again. After another full walk around, the car was still nowhere to be found. Only after returning again did they tell us the car might be in another parking area located around 15 minutes away on foot.After finally picking up the car and driving only around 6 km home, the fuel gauge had already noticeably dropped, even though we were told the fuel tank was full.To make matters worse, after returning the car I received an email claiming there was a small scratch and they charged me €180 for it. The “scratch” looks more like something drawn with chalk rather than actual damage. When I asked them to provide video evidence, they started ignoring my requests and only kept repeating that the damage had already been confirmed.Avoid this company. Show less

Zapomnij o odzyskaniu swojego depozytu 300€ !!!!! (na który trzeba czekać 30 dni) zawsze znajdą coś żeby nie oddać twoich nie małych pieniędzy, bardzo ciężki kontakt i bardzo nie miła obsługa po zakończeniu umowy wynajmu traktują cię jak śmiecia !!! Kasują cię za co chcą i ile chcą, auto inne niż zamawiałem o wiele gorszym standardzie , brudne na zewnątrz i nie posprzątane w środku, choć oczekują oddania auta posprzątanego lub uiszczenia opłaty 15€. Wykupienie dodatkowych ubezpieczeń plus dodatkowe 50€ jeśli jedziesz za granicę. I nie wiem co tam jeszcze ale z taniego wynajęcia auta zrobił się rachunek jak bym wynajął prywatny samolot na kilka dni !!!! Nie polecam nie skorzystam więcej i WSZYSTKICH OSTRZEGAM PRZED TYMI OSZYSTAMI !!!! Show less

Amennyi rossz értékelést olvastam féltem egy kicsit miután megkötötték a korrekt árú bérleti megállapodást. Vettünk házzá természetesen biztosítást is. Eddig a folyamat online zajlott, közvetítő vagy köztes fél (pl booking) bevonása nélkül. Mikor átvettük az autót az ügyintéző korrekt volt. Semmi negatívat nem tudok mondani. Jelezte hogy a biztosítás amit vettünk mi előre alap szintű, célszerű lenne szintet emelni. Ha ezt megtesszük, akkor q kaució sem 300€, csak 100€, illetve kár, baleset esetén így az önrész 0€. Előre elmondta azt is, hogy a kaució csak 30 nap után fog visszajönni. Megvettük. Illetve ha nem akarjátok az autót takarítani,erre is lehetőség van 15€ ellenében. Az autón voltak apróbb sérülések, de ezt az átvételi lapon előre jelezték. (Lásd kép, semmi komoly). Az autó visszavétele is egyszerű volt. Az egy csillag levonás csak a nehézkes megtalálhatóság miatt van. Szóval nekem összességében pozitív a benyomásom a srácokról. Show less

Very poor service, I will never again use this company. Landed, office closed, 10 min to get through to someone on the phone, was told staff are on the way, waited half an hour still - no one, called again, 10 min on hold yet again, someone picked up the phone to tell me staff is there and maybe I went somewhere else, told I was in front of the office, then told to go to enterprise car rental and someone would help, waisted time waiting and misinformed 45min unnecessary after what was a long day of travel already . Be careful when you sign the documents before taking a car for rent because you are signing that if you violate the traffic rules some unheard of company Admita will charge you not only a fine but another €50 on top... and I don't know for what.Since it is very easy to commit a violate in Lithuania, especially if you come from another country where the rules are different, you may have considerable losses. This company Admita fines you more than the police fine.For example: for wrong parking a fine is €15 but you will pay €65 . €50 will take from your card extra because you are signed. :(Choose rental companies carefully!
