Worst customer service, you can get the young lady at the counter was rude tried to scam me with selling extras when i dont need them. And her words was your private insurance means nothing to us, and if you don’t want the car just leave. No tenían el coche manual que había contratado con Booking, decía el dependiente que solo tenía automático.No me llevé el coche que yo no había contratado. Fui tratado con falta de respeto por un impresentable. En fin...gentuza te puedes encontrar en cualquier lugar. Show less

When arriving to collect the car, we were told it was parked in the P1 parking area. After searching and not finding it, we went back to the office, but they sent us to the same parking area again. After another full walk around, the car was still nowhere to be found. Only after returning again did they tell us the car might be in another parking area located around 15 minutes away on foot.After finally picking up the car and driving only around 6 km home, the fuel gauge had already noticeably dropped, even though we were told the fuel tank was full.To make matters worse, after returning the car I received an email claiming there was a small scratch and they charged me €180 for it. The “scratch” looks more like something drawn with chalk rather than actual damage. When I asked them to provide video evidence, they started ignoring my requests and only kept repeating that the damage had already been confirmed.Avoid this company. Show less

Hi Top Rent TeamAs you can see from my booking sheet (attached) I rented a Car from you to go from Kaunas to Riga Airport.The Car was perfectly OKAt your service desk the gentleman that booked me in advised of the options for Insurance, Fuel and Cleaning requirements.When I asked about the Fuel policy he highly recommended I pay for a full tank as the cost per/litre was cheaper than purchasing at a station.I asked him would I use the complete TANK OF PETROL? Which he confirmed YES but I should only top up 5 litres if I needed to.Attached is a picture of the Tank showing I only use 1/4 of a Tank from Kaunas to Riga.Therefore I felt cheated by this person who wanted me to purchase a Full Tank.I filled the Tank to FULL (see picture) and now ask for a refund of the €74.34.As you can see from my receipt for Fuel I only used €32.02Please refund to the card I used for the payment.Awaiting your conformation.
