Warning: Avoid Renting a Car in TopRent – Our Deposit Was Never ReturnedWe recently went on vacation to Lithuania and rented a car for a few days.We paid a deposit, and upon returning the car in perfect condition, we were assured that the deposit would be refunded within a week. However, despite numerous follow-ups over the past few months, we have yet to receive the refund. Leider muss ich sagen, dass sogar 1 Stern zu viel für diese Firma ist. Insgesamt war ich anfangs ganz zufrieden mit dem Service, bis ich etwa 5 Monate nach der Anmietung meines Autos eine E-Mail von ihnen erhielt. Darin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie mir 150 Euro abziehen, weil ich angeblich einen Strafzettel erhalten habe – was definitiv nicht stimmt.Es scheint, als würden sie auf diese Weise versuchen, ihr Geld zu verdienen, und das ist sehr schade. Ich kann diese Firma daher nicht empfehlen. Show less

rien n'est marqué dans les conditions.N'essayez même pas de louer une voiture si vous avez une carte de débit et non crédit car ils vous facturons 20 euros d'assurance.Si vous êtes jeunes conducteurs rajoutez 38 euros de frais. J'accepte le fait d'avoir des frais supplémentaires mais lorsque ils sont pas marqués dans les conditions de ventes j'estime que c'est du vol. Ce pays est un pays d'escroc voleurs fuyez à tout prix !!!! Show less

Zapomnij o odzyskaniu swojego depozytu 300€ !!!!! (na który trzeba czekać 30 dni) zawsze znajdą coś żeby nie oddać twoich nie małych pieniędzy, bardzo ciężki kontakt i bardzo nie miła obsługa po zakończeniu umowy wynajmu traktują cię jak śmiecia !!! Kasują cię za co chcą i ile chcą, auto inne niż zamawiałem o wiele gorszym standardzie , brudne na zewnątrz i nie posprzątane w środku, choć oczekują oddania auta posprzątanego lub uiszczenia opłaty 15€. Wykupienie dodatkowych ubezpieczeń plus dodatkowe 50€ jeśli jedziesz za granicę. I nie wiem co tam jeszcze ale z taniego wynajęcia auta zrobił się rachunek jak bym wynajął prywatny samolot na kilka dni !!!! Nie polecam nie skorzystam więcej i WSZYSTKICH OSTRZEGAM PRZED TYMI OSZYSTAMI !!!! Show less

Jei norit likti be automobilio mažiau nei 24 valandas prieš - rinktinės juos:)Labai nusivyliau TOPRENT paslaugomis ir aptarnavimu. Penktadienį rezervavau automobilį, gavau patvirtinimą, o šeštadienį sulaukiau skambučio, kad savaitgalį atsiėmimas iš Kauno stoties negalimas. Man buvo pasiūlyta atsiimti automobilį Kauno oro uoste. Paaiškinau, kad man tai netinka, tačiau siūliau sumokėti papildomai, jei automobilis būtų pristatytas į mano nurodytą vietą, tačiau vadybininkė atsisakė bet kokio kompromiso.Paprašius kompensuoti kelionės išlaidas arba pritaikyti nuolaidą užsakymui, vadybininkė pažadėjo perskambinti, tačiau taip ir nesulaukiau atsakymo. Po 3,5 val. gavau laišką į el. paštą su pranešimu, kad rezervacija atšaukta.Labai nuvylė neprofesionalus požiūris ir atsakomybės vengimas. Ne tik neišsprendė problemos, bet ir sugadino savaitgalio planus. Nerekomenduoju. Show less

The worst rent company ever, the guy that is sitting there is worthless and rude. They not taking american express cards but they writte it in the end of 500 pages with small letters which is one of the most important things in renting a car. The guy that was there instead of trying to help or offering some solutions making rude comments and saying that its not his problems. If you so dont love your job maybe just quit. Show less

I rented a car from TopRent, booked through a third-party provider, from 14–22 February 2026. Their office is located inside the airport, and the car park is only a 3–5 minute walk away.The pick-up process itself was straightforward. However, as I arrived an hour early, I was asked to wait until my scheduled rental start time. When I returned at the correct time, there was a queue, which meant I had to wait a further 45 minutes.Aside from the waiting time, everything was excellent. The car was great, and the drop-off process was quick and easy, with a staff member present in the car park. Some customers may be charged €15 for cleaning on top of the rental fee, which I think is reasonable.Overall, I had no problems at all and would happily rent from them again. Show less

When i fly back home always using Top Rent. Good service and great cars. So far no issues and communication was clear. Prices…..everyone wants to get cheaper but what you pay what you get. Cars newer disappointed me. Clean low milages top spec. Hope in future they will add loyalty discounts. But overall will recommend and use again! Thanks Show less
