TOP RENT - You deserve the best!

Arrived at Kaunas after booking car rental through booking.com only to be told i had to pay an extra £100 deposit as i did not have a credit card. Was then told inhad tontake their insurance out at €20 per day. I was told the deposit would be refunded after a month. Waited a month, no refund. Called them at least 6 times over a number of days. Different agents answered. One palmed me off to another and nearly 2 months on still no refund, accepted that ive lost out. Very disappointed and upset Show less

Update for below: they have finally refunded me after more than 4 month and only when this review went viral. For that reason I am not taking it down nor changing my rating to make other people aware and more vigilant. Updating my review as this company has just mocked me in mid day light. I have rented again as had a good experience before. Little did I know. I needed to extend my stay so I rang to extend rent. They had no problem with that but I later realised I needed insurance too which was not included with extension. I rang again to hold with the rent. Then I found that renting as new account is more cost efficient and insurance included than extending so I returned vehicle on time frame. However I was told that money already been deducted from my card for extension and they told it will be refunded. I have presented them with all documentation that car was returned. After long communication they have admitted the mistake and promised that refund will be issued. As of today is almost 4 month but no money received. Be aware as they are quick to take your money but no refunds. Show less

Standing here for 30minutes already, waiting for an employee to come. Called the phone number and they said they were waiting but we didn't show up (flight was delayed). Seriously? Is there no such thing as Internet to look the flight times up? Just incredible Show less

Worst customer service, you can get the young lady at the counter was rude tried to scam me with selling extras when i dont need them. And her words was your private insurance means nothing to us, and if you don’t want the car just leave. I got a brand new car from them with 16,000 km on the clock. mini suv There was no problem, I was happy with that car for 2 weeks. Very pleasant and consistent service. This is not the first time I rent a car from this company. And I'm very glad that he found me a nice car, thank you very much Show less
