Amazing!The desk is located inside the airport and is very easy to find. I booked a car through Booking.com from June 5th to 13th.I was greeted by a polite staff member who explained everything to me from A to Z. I wasn’t aware of the late pick-up fee (my own mistake), and I was shown where to find all the relevant information about this.I also recommend buying petrol directly from this rental company, as it is cheaper than at local petrol stations. I had no idea this was possible—I was offered it on the spot.The car was clean and tidy, and thank you for offering to upgrade my booking to a larger car! However, I was happy to stick with a smaller one haha! Show less

Labai sauni imone, labai patogus uzsakymo budas, net ir paskutine minute. Ne pirma karta naudojuosi ir visada labai patenkina aptarnavimu. When i fly back home always using Top Rent. Good service and great cars. So far no issues and communication was clear. Prices…..everyone wants to get cheaper but what you pay what you get. I was happy for more then 5 years until now.In the middle of my holiday rental time start noise when braking I checked my self anwas in very low condition brake pads and disc, how they can rent a cars in this condition I could kill my self , because of them also gear box noising when start engine or switch off on arrival pick up the car I was booked for manual gearbox car , but they haven't got in stock!! and lastly they charge me for fuel missing!Never back again and not recommend this rental company! Super smooth experience with TOPrent. I fly to Lithuania often for work, and this time I landed very late at midnight in Kaunas, but the staff was still there waiting for me at the airport with the keys ready. The girl who helped me was very friendly and explained everything clearly.The whole process was easy, fast, and stress free. Their prices were also better than other rental companies I’ve used before for the same car category.Everything was perfect.
