Buvau nustebinta ,kaip vietoj mano užsakyto aautomobilio gavau kitos markės automobilį.Antras smūgis buvo automobilio švara tiek iš išorės ,tiek iš vidaus,taip kad pirmas sustojimas buvo švaros servisas.Pats aptarnavimas,neskaitant ilgo laukimo,buvo mandagus,darbuotojai savo darbą atliko profesionaliai.
Very easy communication and very professional service.
The car interior wasn’t clean, but it didn’t cause any issues continuing the journey.No problems with returning the car, definitely recommending, and I will back.

After leaving the airport, it was only around a 3-minute walk from their office to the airport parking lot, so the pickup and drop off process felt very smooth.I’ll definitely be using TOPrent again for my future trips to Lithuania and would recommend them to anyone looking for an easy car rental experience at Kaunas Airport.
