Standing here for 30minutes already, waiting for an employee to come. Called the phone number and they said they were waiting but we didn't show up (flight was delayed). Seriously? Is there no such thing as Internet to look the flight times up? Just incredible Show less

The car was clean, in great condition, and the pricing was reasonable. No hidden surprises, no unnecessary complications, just a straightforward and reliable service.What I also really liked was how simple it was to find the parking area where the car was located. After leaving the airport, it was only around a 3-minute walk from their office to the airport parking lot, so the pickup and drop off process felt very smooth.I’ll definitely be using TOPrent⁠ again for my future trips to Lithuania and would recommend them to anyone looking for an easy car rental experience at Kaunas Airport. Tuvimos que esperar una hora a que abrieran la oficina.Oficina que pone horario de 8 a 22:00 y eran las 11 de la mañana.Cuando los chicos llegaron el sistema operativo era muy lento haciendonos esperar otros 20minutos.Los trabajadores eran muy amables pero x toda la espera de no tener la oficina abierta a su hora yo no recomiendo esta empresa. When i fly back home always using Top Rent. Good service and great cars. So far no issues and communication was clear. Prices…..everyone wants to get cheaper but what you pay what you get. Cars newer disappointed me. Clean low milages top spec. Hope in future they will add loyalty discounts. But overall will recommend and use again! Thanks Show less

Recently I rented a car (for a week) from Top Rent at Kaunas Airport. Initially I booked it through booking.com, but I will use their original site next time, because they can´t see what kind of insurance the customer made on booking.com. Besides they might give you a better deal at the counter. I was very pleased with the customer service, since the young woman was very informative and helpful. And the car was very clean and comfy, also had a good milage - VW T-Cross. I can recommend this compony for car rental. Show less
