However, despite numerous follow-ups over the past few months, we have yet to receive the refund. Arrived at Kaunas after booking car rental through booking.com only to be told i had to pay an extra £100 deposit as i did not have a credit card. Was then told inhad tontake their insurance out at €20 per day. I was told the deposit would be refunded after a month. Waited a month, no refund. Called them at least 6 times over a number of days. Different agents answered. One palmed me off to another and nearly 2 months on still no refund, accepted that ive lost out. Very disappointed and upset Show less

J'accepte le fait d'avoir des frais supplémentaires mais lorsque ils sont pas marqués dans les conditions de ventes j'estime que c'est du vol.
