TOP RENT - You deserve the best!

I rented a car from TopRent, booked through a third-party provider, from 14–22 February 2026. Their office is located inside the airport, and the car park is only a 3–5 minute walk away.The pick-up process itself was straightforward. However, as I arrived an hour early, I was asked to wait until my scheduled rental start time. When I returned at the correct time, there was a queue, which meant I had to wait a further 45 minutes.Aside from the waiting time, everything was excellent. The car was great, and the drop-off process was quick and easy, with a staff member present in the car park. Some customers may be charged €15 for cleaning on top of the rental fee, which I think is reasonable.Overall, I had no problems at all and would happily rent from them again. Show less

Arrived at Kaunas after booking car rental through booking.com only to be told i had to pay an extra £100 deposit as i did not have a credit card. Was then told inhad tontake their insurance out at €20 per day. I was told the deposit would be refunded after a month. Waited a month, no refund. Called them at least 6 times over a number of days. Different agents answered. One palmed me off to another and nearly 2 months on still no refund, accepted that ive lost out. Very disappointed and upset Show less

I got a brand new car from them with 16,000 km on the clock. mini suv There was no problem, I was happy with that car for 2 weeks. Very pleasant and consistent service. This is not the first time I rent a car from this company. And I'm very glad that he found me a nice car, thank you very much Show less

Jei norit likti be automobilio mažiau nei 24 valandas prieš - rinktinės juos:)Labai nusivyliau TOPRENT paslaugomis ir aptarnavimu. Penktadienį rezervavau automobilį, gavau patvirtinimą, o šeštadienį sulaukiau skambučio, kad savaitgalį atsiėmimas iš Kauno stoties negalimas. Man buvo pasiūlyta atsiimti automobilį Kauno oro uoste. Paaiškinau, kad man tai netinka, tačiau siūliau sumokėti papildomai, jei automobilis būtų pristatytas į mano nurodytą vietą, tačiau vadybininkė atsisakė bet kokio kompromiso.Paprašius kompensuoti kelionės išlaidas arba pritaikyti nuolaidą užsakymui, vadybininkė pažadėjo perskambinti, tačiau taip ir nesulaukiau atsakymo. Po 3,5 val. gavau laišką į el. paštą su pranešimu, kad rezervacija atšaukta.Labai nuvylė neprofesionalus požiūris ir atsakomybės vengimas. Ne tik neišsprendė problemos, bet ir sugadino savaitgalio planus. Nerekomenduoju. Show less

Labai sauni imone, labai patogus uzsakymo budas, net ir paskutine minute. Ne pirma karta naudojuosi ir visada labai patenkina aptarnavimu. Komanda labai paslaugi, efektingai paaiskina ir net padeda suderinti, bet kokius pokycius. Siuo kartu mane aptarnavo Marius. Puikus komandos narys. Aciu labai! Patariu visiems ieskanties automobiliu nuomos Lietuvoje pasinaudoti sios kompanijos paslaugomis. Show less

Gotta be careful what extras you're paying for as they may lie and overcharge you. Promise you free certain service and a big tank of cheap fuel, but when receipt is received via email much later, just to find out there was no free services and fuel tank they sold is actually small. Show less

No tenían el coche manual que había contratado con Booking, decía el dependiente que solo tenía automático.No me llevé el coche que yo no había contratado. Fui tratado con falta de respeto por un impresentable. En fin...gentuza te puedes encontrar en cualquier lugar. Show less
