Arrived at Kaunas after booking car rental through booking.com only to be told i had to pay an extra £100 deposit as i did not have a credit card. Was then told inhad tontake their insurance out at €20 per day. I was told the deposit would be refunded after a month. Waited a month, no refund. Called them at least 6 times over a number of days. Different agents answered. One palmed me off to another and nearly 2 months on still no refund, accepted that ive lost out. Very disappointed and upset Show less

The guy that was there instead of trying to help or offering some solutions making rude comments and saying that its not his problems. If you so dont love your job maybe just quit. Show less
Buvau nustebinta ,kaip vietoj mano užsakyto aautomobilio gavau kitos markės automobilį.Antras smūgis buvo automobilio švara tiek iš išorės ,tiek iš vidaus,taip kad pirmas sustojimas buvo švaros servisas.Pats aptarnavimas,neskaitant ilgo laukimo,buvo mandagus,darbuotojai savo darbą atliko profesionaliai.

Reservation means nothing. We lost the care because we were ... late! They had our flight number and we prepaid 100%.
Polite staff member. Offered extra insurance, however I already purchased platinum cover at the time of booking a car hire.

Even if their site let you book a car in the bus station, they'll call you to ask to pay for the delivery (30€ a/r). If you need a company which accepts debit card go for Alamo.
