The person working there is of questionable mental state. Very arrogant for no reason, absolutely no chance of having your questions answered. Contradicts himself, says it's up to the rental broker to decide whether debit cards are accepted. To get our money back we had to communicate with the broker (rentalcars.com), who told us to go back to the office so we could have a call over the speaker. When I came back to the office and mentioned a refund he quickly got angry, basically kicked me out, locked the office and disappeared. During this time other customers came and left. As a customer I've never been treated so bad because I'm never confrontational when solving issues. On the other hand when I called Toprent's central office they were reasonable in answering my questions.Avoid this place like the plague. 4 hours and 70 EUR wasted. Show less

Amennyi rossz értékelést olvastam féltem egy kicsit miután megkötötték a korrekt árú bérleti megállapodást. Vettünk házzá természetesen biztosítást is. Eddig a folyamat online zajlott, közvetítő vagy köztes fél (pl booking) bevonása nélkül. Mikor átvettük az autót az ügyintéző korrekt volt. Semmi negatívat nem tudok mondani. Jelezte hogy a biztosítás amit vettünk mi előre alap szintű, célszerű lenne szintet emelni. Ha ezt megtesszük, akkor q kaució sem 300€, csak 100€, illetve kár, baleset esetén így az önrész 0€. Előre elmondta azt is, hogy a kaució csak 30 nap után fog visszajönni. Megvettük. Illetve ha nem akarjátok az autót takarítani,erre is lehetőség van 15€ ellenében. Az autón voltak apróbb sérülések, de ezt az átvételi lapon előre jelezték. (Lásd kép, semmi komoly). Az autó visszavétele is egyszerű volt. Az egy csillag levonás csak a nehézkes megtalálhatóság miatt van. Szóval nekem összességében pozitív a benyomásom a srácokról. Show less

In overall, good price and good condition of a car.Needed to wait in order to pick up the car because couter was closed. Called to customer service and was transferred to another opened counter(Enterprise). Furthermore no any issues. Will rent from them again. Thanks Show less

Rented a Car from Toprent with a child seat for a family holiday. I was offered a broken seat, when I refused I was offered a seat that was the incorrect size and very dirty. Eventually had to borrow a seat from another company. I won't be using them again. Show less

Hi Top Rent TeamAs you can see from my booking sheet (attached) I rented a Car from you to go from Kaunas to Riga Airport.The Car was perfectly OKAt your service desk the gentleman that booked me in advised of the options for Insurance, Fuel and Cleaning requirements.When I asked about the Fuel policy he highly recommended I pay for a full tank as the cost per/litre was cheaper than purchasing at a station.I asked him would I use the complete TANK OF PETROL? Which he confirmed YES but I should only top up 5 litres if I needed to.Attached is a picture of the Tank showing I only use 1/4 of a Tank from Kaunas to Riga.Therefore I felt cheated by this person who wanted me to purchase a Full Tank.I filled the Tank to FULL (see picture) and now ask for a refund of the €74.34.As you can see from my receipt for Fuel I only used €32.02Please refund to the card I used for the payment.Awaiting your conformation. Mašinas gavau tvarkingas ir švarias.Minusai:-nėra nurodyta informacija, kad TopRent randasi Enterprise kompanijoje. (Visą šią informaciją radau tik per žmonių komentarus).-ĮSPĖJIMAS! Ši kompanija reikalauja kreditinės kortelės. Priima tik VISA ir MasterCard. Show less

Leider muss ich sagen, dass sogar 1 Stern zu viel für diese Firma ist. Insgesamt war ich anfangs ganz zufrieden mit dem Service, bis ich etwa 5 Monate nach der Anmietung meines Autos eine E-Mail von ihnen erhielt. Darin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie mir 150 Euro abziehen, weil ich angeblich einen Strafzettel erhalten habe – was definitiv nicht stimmt.Es scheint, als würden sie auf diese Weise versuchen, ihr Geld zu verdienen, und das ist sehr schade. Ich kann diese Firma daher nicht empfehlen. Show less
