Det er et rent fusk selskab, en tredje part udlejer, som tjener penge på at narre folk. Selvom man køber forsikring, den dækker ikke noget, selskabet er ikke tilgængelig telefonisk eller fysisk. Udlejning selskabet er også interesseret at tjene penge på alt - du skal vaske og gøre bilen rent inden returnering, personale virkelig uprofessionel og taler ned til folk. Hold jer væk! Show less

The car rental experience was fine, but a week after the rental, I received an email saying we'd been fined. The email didn't include the actual fine; instead, it was an invoice from this company, TOPRENT, which doesn't verify the fine's authenticity. We replied to the email asking them to send us the police report, but they flatly refused. This leads us to believe we've been scammed and charged for the fine to make extra money. The money was taken directly from my bank account without any recourse. I absolutely do not recommend this company. Show less

Recently I rented a car (for a week) from Top Rent at Kaunas Airport. Initially I booked it through booking.com, but I will use their original site next time, because they can´t see what kind of insurance the customer made on booking.com. Besides they might give you a better deal at the counter. I was very pleased with the customer service, since the young woman was very informative and helpful. And the car was very clean and comfy, also had a good milage - VW T-Cross. I can recommend this compony for car rental. Show less

rien n'est marqué dans les conditions.N'essayez même pas de louer une voiture si vous avez une carte de débit et non crédit car ils vous facturons 20 euros d'assurance.Si vous êtes jeunes conducteurs rajoutez 38 euros de frais. J'accepte le fait d'avoir des frais supplémentaires mais lorsque ils sont pas marqués dans les conditions de ventes j'estime que c'est du vol. I had a great experience with this car rental company. Booking online was simple, and pickup at the airport was smooth with friendly and helpful staff. Update for below: they have finally refunded me after more than 4 month and only when this review went viral. For that reason I am not taking it down nor changing my rating to make other people aware and more vigilant. Updating my review as this company has just mocked me in mid day light. I have rented again as had a good experience before. Little did I know. I needed to extend my stay so I rang to extend rent. They had no problem with that but I later realised I needed insurance too which was not included with extension. I rang again to hold with the rent. Then I found that renting as new account is more cost efficient and insurance included than extending so I returned vehicle on time frame. However I was told that money already been deducted from my card for extension and they told it will be refunded. I have presented them with all documentation that car was returned. After long communication they have admitted the mistake and promised that refund will be issued. As of today is almost 4 month but no money received. Be aware as they are quick to take your money but no refunds. Show less
