Hi Top Rent TeamAs you can see from my booking sheet (attached) I rented a Car from you to go from Kaunas to Riga Airport.The Car was perfectly OKAt your service desk the gentleman that booked me in advised of the options for Insurance, Fuel and Cleaning requirements.When I asked about the Fuel policy he highly recommended I pay for a full tank as the cost per/litre was cheaper than purchasing at a station.I asked him would I use the complete TANK OF PETROL? Which he confirmed YES but I should only top up 5 litres if I needed to.Attached is a picture of the Tank showing I only use 1/4 of a Tank from Kaunas to Riga.Therefore I felt cheated by this person who wanted me to purchase a Full Tank.I filled the Tank to FULL (see picture) and now ask for a refund of the €74.34.As you can see from my receipt for Fuel I only used €32.02Please refund to the card I used for the payment.Awaiting your conformation. Leider sehr unfreundliches Personal, eine schon abgeschlossene Versicherung über Ryanair wird nicht akzeptiert und man wird genötigt eine Zusatzversicherung abzuschließen. Nicht empfehlenswert!!!!

All good, as expected. Hassle -free if buying super duper insurance. Not sure if that'll be such a simple way to get little cheaper, without "all covered" insurance, that's been slightly pricey 😆.Otherwise all good, European standard!

Be very cautious with this company. They literally withheld my deposit, which I was supposed to get back. I followed all the instructions and met every term required, even going as far as paying out of pocket to have the car washed and returned in perfect condition. Despite doing everything right, when we tried to raise the issue, they ignored us completely and kept repeating that the deposit would be returned. It's been months, and we've still received nothing. Absolutely unacceptable Show less

The email didn't include the actual fine; instead, it was an invoice from this company, TOPRENT, which doesn't verify the fine's authenticity. We replied to the email asking them to send us the police report, but they flatly refused. This leads us to believe we've been scammed and charged for the fine to make extra money. The money was taken directly from my bank account without any recourse. I absolutely do not recommend this company. Show less

Even if their site let you book a car in the bus station, they'll call you to ask to pay for the delivery (30€ a/r). If you need a company which accepts debit card go for Alamo.
