RENT - You deserve the best

Update for below: they have finally refunded me after more than 4 month and only when this review went viral. For that reason I am not taking it down nor changing my rating to make other people aware and more vigilant. Updating my review as this company has just mocked me in mid day light. I have rented again as had a good experience before. Little did I know. I needed to extend my stay so I rang to extend rent. They had no problem with that but I later realised I needed insurance too which was not included with extension. I rang again to hold with the rent. Then I found that renting as new account is more cost efficient and insurance included than extending so I returned vehicle on time frame. However I was told that money already been deducted from my card for extension and they told it will be refunded. I have presented them with all documentation that car was returned. After long communication they have admitted the mistake and promised that refund will be issued. As of today is almost 4 month but no money received. Be aware as they are quick to take your money but no refunds. Show less

No tenían el coche manual que había contratado con Booking, decía el dependiente que solo tenía automático.No me llevé el coche que yo no había contratado. Fui tratado con falta de respeto por un impresentable. En fin...gentuza te puedes encontrar en cualquier lugar. Show less

The person working there is of questionable mental state. Very arrogant for no reason, absolutely no chance of having your questions answered. Contradicts himself, says it's up to the rental broker to decide whether debit cards are accepted. To get our money back we had to communicate with the broker (rentalcars.com), who told us to go back to the office so we could have a call over the speaker. When I came back to the office and mentioned a refund he quickly got angry, basically kicked me out, locked the office and disappeared. During this time other customers came and left. As a customer I've never been treated so bad because I'm never confrontational when solving issues. On the other hand when I called Toprent's central office they were reasonable in answering my questions.Avoid this place like the plague. 4 hours and 70 EUR wasted. Show less

Be very cautious with this company. They literally withheld my deposit, which I was supposed to get back. I followed all the instructions and met every term required, even going as far as paying out of pocket to have the car washed and returned in perfect condition. Despite doing everything right, when we tried to raise the issue, they ignored us completely and kept repeating that the deposit would be returned. It's been months, and we've still received nothing. Good price, nice car, close location to airport kaunas (no shuttle, just a short walk). Friendly staff. Didn’t like the extensive extra list and felt ripped off by the 15€ „mandatory cleaning costs“. All these questions and payments make the checkin slow Show less
