TOP RENT - You deserve the best

I rented a car from TopRent, booked through a third-party provider, from 14–22 February 2026. Their office is located inside the airport, and the car park is only a 3–5 minute walk away.The pick-up process itself was straightforward. However, as I arrived an hour early, I was asked to wait until my scheduled rental start time. When I returned at the correct time, there was a queue, which meant I had to wait a further 45 minutes.Aside from the waiting time, everything was excellent. The car was great, and the drop-off process was quick and easy, with a staff member present in the car park. Some customers may be charged €15 for cleaning on top of the rental fee, which I think is reasonable.Overall, I had no problems at all and would happily rent from them again. Show less

Recently I rented a car (for a week) from Top Rent at Kaunas Airport. Initially I booked it through booking.com, but I will use their original site next time, because they can´t see what kind of insurance the customer made on booking.com. Besides they might give you a better deal at the counter. I was very pleased with the customer service, since the young woman was very informative and helpful. And the car was very clean and comfy, also had a good milage - VW T-Cross. I can recommend this compony for car rental. Show less

Labai sauni imone, labai patogus uzsakymo budas, net ir paskutine minute. Ne pirma karta naudojuosi ir visada labai patenkina aptarnavimu. Super smooth experience with TOPrent. I fly to Lithuania often for work, and this time I landed very late at midnight in Kaunas, but the staff was still there waiting for me at the airport with the keys ready. The girl who helped me was very friendly and explained everything clearly.The whole process was easy, fast, and stress free. Their prices were also better than other rental companies I’ve used before for the same car category.Everything was perfect.
