No hidden surprises, no unnecessary complications, just a straightforward and reliable service.What I also really liked was how simple it was to find the parking area where the car was located. After leaving the airport, it was only around a 3-minute walk from their office to the airport parking lot, so the pickup and drop off process felt very smooth.I’ll definitely be using TOPrent⁠ again for my future trips to Lithuania and would recommend them to anyone looking for an easy car rental experience at Kaunas Airport. When i fly back home always using Top Rent. Good service and great cars. So far no issues and communication was clear. Prices…..everyone wants to get cheaper but what you pay what you get. Great price for the rental. However, I was not aware that the keys had to collected from Enterprise stall. The lady at the counter helped me with my insurance as I had bought the wrong policy through Ryanair.Overall, great customer service and quality of cars. Show less

Super smooth experience with TOPrent. I fly to Lithuania often for work, and this time I landed very late at midnight in Kaunas, but the staff was still there waiting for me at the airport with the keys ready. The girl who helped me was very friendly and explained everything clearly.The whole process was easy, fast, and stress free.
