Avoid this place. Unprofessional service.Don't expect any help or flexibility if something goes wrong. The staff at the front desk is extremely unprofessional — the agent simply walked away while I was trying to resolve a documentation issue. They are only interested in taking your money and will not enter your situation or offer any compromise. Zero customer support. Better rent elsewhere.The only reason for 2 stars is the Vilnius office. I managed to call them, and they were the only ones who actually explained the situation and tried to help. Total lack of empathy in Kaunas, but good support from the Vilnius team. Be careful when booking here! Show less

When arriving to collect the car, we were told it was parked in the P1 parking area. After searching and not finding it, we went back to the office, but they sent us to the same parking area again. After another full walk around, the car was still nowhere to be found. Only after returning again did they tell us the car might be in another parking area located around 15 minutes away on foot.After finally picking up the car and driving only around 6 km home, the fuel gauge had already noticeably dropped, even though we were told the fuel tank was full.To make matters worse, after returning the car I received an email claiming there was a small scratch and they charged me €180 for it. The “scratch” looks more like something drawn with chalk rather than actual damage. When I asked them to provide video evidence, they started ignoring my requests and only kept repeating that the damage had already been confirmed.Avoid this company. Show less

Hi Top Rent TeamAs you can see from my booking sheet (attached) I rented a Car from you to go from Kaunas to Riga Airport.The Car was perfectly OKAt your service desk the gentleman that booked me in advised of the options for Insurance, Fuel and Cleaning requirements.When I asked about the Fuel policy he highly recommended I pay for a full tank as the cost per/litre was cheaper than purchasing at a station.I asked him would I use the complete TANK OF PETROL? Which he confirmed YES but I should only top up 5 litres if I needed to.Attached is a picture of the Tank showing I only use 1/4 of a Tank from Kaunas to Riga.Therefore I felt cheated by this person who wanted me to purchase a Full Tank.I filled the Tank to FULL (see picture) and now ask for a refund of the €74.34.As you can see from my receipt for Fuel I only used €32.02Please refund to the card I used for the payment.Awaiting your conformation. Be very cautious with this company. They literally withheld my deposit, which I was supposed to get back. I followed all the instructions and met every term required, even going as far as paying out of pocket to have the car washed and returned in perfect condition. Despite doing everything right, when we tried to raise the issue, they ignored us completely and kept repeating that the deposit would be returned. It's been months, and we've still received nothing. I had a great experience with this car rental company. Booking online was simple, and pickup at the airport was smooth with friendly and helpful staff. They offered convenient add-ons like discounted car cleaning and a full fuel tank option. The car was brand new, and drop-off was quick and hassle-free. Highly recommended! Show less

Standing here for 30minutes already, waiting for an employee to come. Called the phone number and they said they were waiting but we didn't show up (flight was delayed). Seriously? Is there no such thing as Internet to look the flight times up? Just incredible Show less

No tenían el coche manual que había contratado con Booking, decía el dependiente que solo tenía automático.No me llevé el coche que yo no había contratado. Fui tratado con falta de respeto por un impresentable. En fin...gentuza te puedes encontrar en cualquier lugar. Show less

Inconvenient car pick up and drop off location, if you have loads of luggages, consider that you will need to walk a distance. Car was in bad condition dirty, no screen wash, they refused to give another one, never happened like this in many years of renting from them... 3 stars only because I was loyal customer.. Show less
