TOP RENT - You deserve the best!

I rented a car from TopRent, booked through a third-party provider, from 14–22 February 2026. Their office is located inside the airport, and the car park is only a 3–5 minute walk away.The pick-up process itself was straightforward. However, as I arrived an hour early, I was asked to wait until my scheduled rental start time. When I returned at the correct time, there was a queue, which meant I had to wait a further 45 minutes.Aside from the waiting time, everything was excellent. The car was great, and the drop-off process was quick and easy, with a staff member present in the car park. Some customers may be charged €15 for cleaning on top of the rental fee, which I think is reasonable.Overall, I had no problems at all and would happily rent from them again. Show less

Jei norit likti be automobilio mažiau nei 24 valandas prieš - rinktinės juos:)Labai nusivyliau TOPRENT paslaugomis ir aptarnavimu. Penktadienį rezervavau automobilį, gavau patvirtinimą, o šeštadienį sulaukiau skambučio, kad savaitgalį atsiėmimas iš Kauno stoties negalimas. Man buvo pasiūlyta atsiimti automobilį Kauno oro uoste. Paaiškinau, kad man tai netinka, tačiau siūliau sumokėti papildomai, jei automobilis būtų pristatytas į mano nurodytą vietą, tačiau vadybininkė atsisakė bet kokio kompromiso.Paprašius kompensuoti kelionės išlaidas arba pritaikyti nuolaidą užsakymui, vadybininkė pažadėjo perskambinti, tačiau taip ir nesulaukiau atsakymo. Po 3,5 val. gavau laišką į el. paštą su pranešimu, kad rezervacija atšaukta.Labai nuvylė neprofesionalus požiūris ir atsakomybės vengimas. Ne tik neišsprendė problemos, bet ir sugadino savaitgalio planus. Nerekomenduoju. Show less

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I got scammed and left with no vechicle to start our family holidays in Kaunas. Me and my 2 little boys got stuck for 1 hour waiting to collect a car. Later, when I finally got to the counter, I was refused a car hire even when I got all required documentation and followed all terms and conditions. "Toprent" agent made up a new requirement for the driving licence must not to expire in the next 6 months. Agent refused to issue the car or offer alternative solution. All this caused huge amount of stress and financial loss to me and my family. I do not recommend the Toprent, take care. Show less

Mašinas gavau tvarkingas ir švarias.Minusai:-nėra nurodyta informacija, kad TopRent randasi Enterprise kompanijoje. (Visą šią informaciją radau tik per žmonių komentarus).-ĮSPĖJIMAS! Ši kompanija reikalauja kreditinės kortelės. Priima tik VISA ir MasterCard. Show less

Be very cautious with this company. They literally withheld my deposit, which I was supposed to get back. I followed all the instructions and met every term required, even going as far as paying out of pocket to have the car washed and returned in perfect condition. Despite doing everything right, when we tried to raise the issue, they ignored us completely and kept repeating that the deposit would be returned. It's been months, and we've still received nothing. Leider muss ich sagen, dass sogar 1 Stern zu viel für diese Firma ist. Insgesamt war ich anfangs ganz zufrieden mit dem Service, bis ich etwa 5 Monate nach der Anmietung meines Autos eine E-Mail von ihnen erhielt. Darin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie mir 150 Euro abziehen, weil ich angeblich einen Strafzettel erhalten habe – was definitiv nicht stimmt.Es scheint, als würden sie auf diese Weise versuchen, ihr Geld zu verdienen, und das ist sehr schade. Ich kann diese Firma daher nicht empfehlen. Show less

Hi Top Rent TeamAs you can see from my booking sheet (attached) I rented a Car from you to go from Kaunas to Riga Airport.The Car was perfectly OKAt your service desk the gentleman that booked me in advised of the options for Insurance, Fuel and Cleaning requirements.When I asked about the Fuel policy he highly recommended I pay for a full tank as the cost per/litre was cheaper than purchasing at a station.I asked him would I use the complete TANK OF PETROL? Which he confirmed YES but I should only top up 5 litres if I needed to.Attached is a picture of the Tank showing I only use 1/4 of a Tank from Kaunas to Riga.Therefore I felt cheated by this person who wanted me to purchase a Full Tank.I filled the Tank to FULL (see picture) and now ask for a refund of the €74.34.As you can see from my receipt for Fuel I only used €32.02Please refund to the card I used for the payment.Awaiting your conformation.
