I had an excellent experience with Top Rent Car Rental at Kaunas Airport. The entire process was smooth, from pickup to return. The staff were friendly, professional, and quick to assist with any questions, they waited for me even after my flight was delayed for 2 hours, the Agent to assist me was Jašinauskaitė, D. very helpful and friendly.The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The pickup process was straightforward, and there were no hidden surprises. Returning the car was just as easy, which made my trip much more convenient.I especially appreciated the clear communication and customer service throughout the rental period. When arriving to collect the car, we were told it was parked in the P1 parking area. After searching and not finding it, we went back to the office, but they sent us to the same parking area again. After another full walk around, the car was still nowhere to be found. Only after returning again did they tell us the car might be in another parking area located around 15 minutes away on foot.After finally picking up the car and driving only around 6 km home, the fuel gauge had already noticeably dropped, even though we were told the fuel tank was full.To make matters worse, after returning the car I received an email claiming there was a small scratch and they charged me €180 for it. The “scratch” looks more like something drawn with chalk rather than actual damage. When I asked them to provide video evidence, they started ignoring my requests and only kept repeating that the damage had already been confirmed.Avoid this company. Show less

Det er et rent fusk selskab, en tredje part udlejer, som tjener penge på at narre folk. Selvom man køber forsikring, den dækker ikke noget, selskabet er ikke tilgængelig telefonisk eller fysisk. Udlejning selskabet er også interesseret at tjene penge på alt - du skal vaske og gøre bilen rent inden returnering, personale virkelig uprofessionel og taler ned til folk. Hold jer væk! Show less

Arrived at Kaunas after booking car rental through booking.com only to be told i had to pay an extra £100 deposit as i did not have a credit card. Was then told inhad tontake their insurance out at €20 per day. I was told the deposit would be refunded after a month. Waited a month, no refund. Called them at least 6 times over a number of days. Different agents answered. One palmed me off to another and nearly 2 months on still no refund, accepted that ive lost out. Very disappointed and upset Show less

Tuvimos que esperar una hora a que abrieran la oficina.Oficina que pone horario de 8 a 22:00 y eran las 11 de la mañana.Cuando los chicos llegaron el sistema operativo era muy lento haciendonos esperar otros 20minutos.Los trabajadores eran muy amables pero x toda la espera de no tener la oficina abierta a su hora yo no recomiendo esta empresa. Updating my review as this company has just mocked me in mid day light. I have rented again as had a good experience before. Little did I know. I needed to extend my stay so I rang to extend rent. They had no problem with that but I later realised I needed insurance too which was not included with extension. I rang again to hold with the rent. Then I found that renting as new account is more cost efficient and insurance included than extending so I returned vehicle on time frame. However I was told that money already been deducted from my card for extension and they told it will be refunded. I have presented them with all documentation that car was returned. After long communication they have admitted the mistake and promised that refund will be issued. As of today is almost 4 month but no money received. Be aware as they are quick to take your money but no refunds. Show less

I got a brand new car from them with 16,000 km on the clock. mini suv There was no problem, I was happy with that car for 2 weeks. Very pleasant and consistent service. This is not the first time I rent a car from this company. And I'm very glad that he found me a nice car, thank you very much Show less
