RENT - You deserve the best

When arriving to collect the car, we were told it was parked in the P1 parking area. After searching and not finding it, we went back to the office, but they sent us to the same parking area again. After another full walk around, the car was still nowhere to be found. Only after returning again did they tell us the car might be in another parking area located around 15 minutes away on foot.After finally picking up the car and driving only around 6 km home, the fuel gauge had already noticeably dropped, even though we were told the fuel tank was full.To make matters worse, after returning the car I received an email claiming there was a small scratch and they charged me €180 for it. The “scratch” looks more like something drawn with chalk rather than actual damage. When I asked them to provide video evidence, they started ignoring my requests and only kept repeating that the damage had already been confirmed.Avoid this company. Show less

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I got scammed and left with no vechicle to start our family holidays in Kaunas. Me and my 2 little boys got stuck for 1 hour waiting to collect a car. Later, when I finally got to the counter, I was refused a car hire even when I got all required documentation and followed all terms and conditions. "Toprent" agent made up a new requirement for the driving licence must not to expire in the next 6 months. Agent refused to issue the car or offer alternative solution. All this caused huge amount of stress and financial loss to me and my family. I do not recommend the Toprent, take care. Show less

I rented a car from TopRent, booked through a third-party provider, from 14–22 February 2026. Their office is located inside the airport, and the car park is only a 3–5 minute walk away.The pick-up process itself was straightforward. However, as I arrived an hour early, I was asked to wait until my scheduled rental start time. When I returned at the correct time, there was a queue, which meant I had to wait a further 45 minutes.Aside from the waiting time, everything was excellent. The car was great, and the drop-off process was quick and easy, with a staff member present in the car park. Some customers may be charged €15 for cleaning on top of the rental fee, which I think is reasonable.Overall, I had no problems at all and would happily rent from them again. Show less

Amennyi rossz értékelést olvastam féltem egy kicsit miután megkötötték a korrekt árú bérleti megállapodást. Vettünk házzá természetesen biztosítást is. Eddig a folyamat online zajlott, közvetítő vagy köztes fél (pl booking) bevonása nélkül. Mikor átvettük az autót az ügyintéző korrekt volt. Semmi negatívat nem tudok mondani. Jelezte hogy a biztosítás amit vettünk mi előre alap szintű, célszerű lenne szintet emelni. Ha ezt megtesszük, akkor q kaució sem 300€, csak 100€, illetve kár, baleset esetén így az önrész 0€. Előre elmondta azt is, hogy a kaució csak 30 nap után fog visszajönni. Megvettük. Illetve ha nem akarjátok az autót takarítani,erre is lehetőség van 15€ ellenében. Az autón voltak apróbb sérülések, de ezt az átvételi lapon előre jelezték. (Lásd kép, semmi komoly). Az autó visszavétele is egyszerű volt. Az egy csillag levonás csak a nehézkes megtalálhatóság miatt van. Szóval nekem összességében pozitív a benyomásom a srácokról. Show less

Be very cautious with this company. They literally withheld my deposit, which I was supposed to get back. I followed all the instructions and met every term required, even going as far as paying out of pocket to have the car washed and returned in perfect condition. Despite doing everything right, when we tried to raise the issue, they ignored us completely and kept repeating that the deposit would be returned. It's been months, and we've still received nothing. No aparece por ningún lado el mostrador, y cuando por fin te enteras por Google Maps que es el mismo que enterprise rent-a-car, tardan muchísimo en atender a los cuatro que están delante. Después de haber recorrido dos veces el tramo lleno de nieve y helador del aeropuerto a la zona de alquiler de coches. Última vez. Show less

In overall, good price and good condition of a car.Needed to wait in order to pick up the car because couter was closed. Called to customer service and was transferred to another opened counter(Enterprise). Furthermore no any issues. Will rent from them again. Thanks Show less

Usually is OK/Good, however, recent car rental experience pushed back all good things in the past. Customer service is basically going into loops and not even trying to undertand or assess every single instance. Even quoting their own T&C's was useless experience. Show less

I had a great experience with this car rental company. Booking online was simple, and pickup at the airport was smooth with friendly and helpful staff. They offered convenient add-ons like discounted car cleaning and a full fuel tank option. The car was brand new, and drop-off was quick and hassle-free. Highly recommended! Show less
