Be very cautious with this company. They literally withheld my deposit, which I was supposed to get back. I followed all the instructions and met every term required, even going as far as paying out of pocket to have the car washed and returned in perfect condition. Despite doing everything right, when we tried to raise the issue, they ignored us completely and kept repeating that the deposit would be returned. It's been months, and we've still received nothing. I rented a car from TopRent, booked through a third-party provider, from 14–22 February 2026. Their office is located inside the airport, and the car park is only a 3–5 minute walk away.The pick-up process itself was straightforward. However, as I arrived an hour early, I was asked to wait until my scheduled rental start time. When I returned at the correct time, there was a queue, which meant I had to wait a further 45 minutes.Aside from the waiting time, everything was excellent. The car was great, and the drop-off process was quick and easy, with a staff member present in the car park. Some customers may be charged €15 for cleaning on top of the rental fee, which I think is reasonable.Overall, I had no problems at all and would happily rent from them again. Show less

In overall, good price and good condition of a car.Needed to wait in order to pick up the car because couter was closed. Called to customer service and was transferred to another opened counter(Enterprise). Furthermore no any issues. Will rent from them again. Thanks Show less

Hi Top Rent TeamAs you can see from my booking sheet (attached) I rented a Car from you to go from Kaunas to Riga Airport.The Car was perfectly OKAt your service desk the gentleman that booked me in advised of the options for Insurance, Fuel and Cleaning requirements.When I asked about the Fuel policy he highly recommended I pay for a full tank as the cost per/litre was cheaper than purchasing at a station.I asked him would I use the complete TANK OF PETROL? Which he confirmed YES but I should only top up 5 litres if I needed to.Attached is a picture of the Tank showing I only use 1/4 of a Tank from Kaunas to Riga.Therefore I felt cheated by this person who wanted me to purchase a Full Tank.I filled the Tank to FULL (see picture) and now ask for a refund of the €74.34.As you can see from my receipt for Fuel I only used €32.02Please refund to the card I used for the payment.Awaiting your conformation. Toprent baudu traktavimas ir serviso kokybe Sveiki, iki siol daug metu esu buvusi Toprent kliente, Kaune. Kaune viskas yra labai saunu, jokiu problemu nebuvo, vaikinai malonus, servisas geras. Kiek suprantu neseniai Toprent tapo kitos imones dalimi ir teko susidurti su Vilniaus padalinio servisu. Geguzes menesi issinuomavau masina Kaune, su servisu ir masina viskas buvo gerai . Padariau Kauno senamiestyje administracini nusizengima, ten negalima dabar ivaziuoti reikia susimoketi, ivaziavus tai pastebejau ir isvaziavau. Gavau is Kauno savivaldybes dokumenta kur yra nurodyta kaip ir kur ir kokia suma sumoketi. Tai buvo 10 Euru bauda. Ta pacia diena sumokejau tiesiogiai i savivaldybes saskaita. Kadangi parasiau Savivaldybes atsakingai darbuotojai gavau patvirtinima kad suma sumokejau ir viskas yra gerai. Deje praejus 2 dienom gavau emaila is Toprent kuriame paaiskinama kad uz ta pati adm nusizengima turiu sumoketi 50 €, prideda saskaita ir paaiskinamasis emeilas kuriame nurodoma kad jie jau uz mane bauda sumokejo. Kad nematyciau kokia ta bauda pateikiami tik 2 paskutiniai dokumento lapai ir jau atsiustame dokumente nesimato kokia gi ta baudos suma buvo (kadangi turiu is savivaldybes origina tai galiu matyti visa dokumenta). Atsiusta saskaita 50 € ir pranesta kad uz mane bauda jau sumoketa. Taigi as pati sumokejau adm bauda 10 € savivaldybiai, ir sprendziant is emailo turinio Toprent be mano zinios sumokejo po to kai as jau sumokejau pati. Kauno padalinys neatsiliepe teko bendarauti su Vilniaus padaliniu. Jauna mergina man paaiskino kad tai Toprent adm mokesti kadangi jiems reikejo pateikti duomenis. Skambucio metu mergina stengesi neigti kad bauda sumoketa nors ju paciu laiske tai aiskiai parasyta. Cituoju "Pasirašydami sutartį sutikote, kad bet kokios baudos ir administraciniai mokesčiai gali būti nuskaičiuoti nuo sutartyje nurodytos mokėjimo kortelės. Suma jau nuskaičiuota nuo Jūsų pateiktos kortelės." Mergina tik aiskina kad 50€ Toprent adm mokestis jiems nes jiems reikia zmogu laikyti kuris tvarko dokumentus, nes bendrai zmones daro daug nusizengimu. Mano tai pirmas nusizengimas. Mergina taip pat aiskina kad neturiu nusizengti ir nebus baudu. Pokalbis buvo karstas nes zmogus yra neismanantis nesupranta fakto kad juridiniai dokumentai nera pateikiami dalinai nes tai yra valstybinis dokumentas, ir kad laiskus taip pat reikia moketi rasyti skirtumas yra tarp "baudos" ir "administracinio pacios imones tai yra Toprent mokescio". Taip pat kuomet isreiskiau savo nuomone kad kuomet imone perejo ir tapo kitos imones dalis atsirado labai daug jaunu zmoniu su kuriais prasidejo problemos. Mergina staiga "jus diskriminuojate jaunus zmones! Jus turite kazka pries mus! " zodziu visiskas serviso kritimas Toprent. Nera issilavinusiu suprantanciu esme zmoniu. Mergina tik automatiskai kartoja kad tai administracinis ju paciu mokestis kuris yra nurodytas sutartyje . O i tai kad emaile sakoma bauda ir saskaitoje taip pat parasyta cituoju " bauda keliu eismo taisykliu pazeidimo mokestis" ir kad yra parasyta kad bauda jau sumoketa Toprent kas reiskia kad adm bauda jau sumoketa 2 kartus nes ir pati mokejau tiesiogiai i Savivaldybe , ji negali intelektualiai isgirsti ir suvokti, kad klientas kelia visiskai kita problema. Toprent gali israsyti saskaitas tik savo pacios imones administravimo islaidoms dengti, o tai yra visai kas kita tai nera "bauda". Deje atsiranda ivairus traktavimai . Idedu saskaitos kopija. Taigi isvadas darykites patys. Dokumentai pateikti nepilni, baudos suma paslėpta. Iš tikrųjų tai ne bauda, o administracinis jų mokestis, tačiau jis klaidinančiai pateikiamas kaip KET bauda. Mokestis nuskaičiuotas nuo kortelės be aiškaus pagrindo. Trūksta skaidrumo, profesionalumo ir pagarbos klientui. Show less

Never book with these guys. Told me via phone that I could pay the depoid with debid card. Ones there it wasnt possible. To rent the car they told me to take the most expensive insurance pack (100 euro or so) and after I could do the deposid by depid card. Now more then a month later I am still waiting to get the deposid back. But they always have other excuses. Very bad company. Also unfriendely and slow workers at the pick up. Show less
