The staff at the front desk is extremely unprofessional — the agent simply walked away while I was trying to resolve a documentation issue. They are only interested in taking your money and will not enter your situation or offer any compromise. Zero customer support. Better rent elsewhere.The only reason for 2 stars is the Vilnius office. I managed to call them, and they were the only ones who actually explained the situation and tried to help. Total lack of empathy in Kaunas, but good support from the Vilnius team. Be careful when booking here! Show less
