TOP RENT - You deserve the best!

Update for below: they have finally refunded me after more than 4 month and only when this review went viral. For that reason I am not taking it down nor changing my rating to make other people aware and more vigilant. Updating my review as this company has just mocked me in mid day light. I have rented again as had a good experience before. Little did I know. I needed to extend my stay so I rang to extend rent. They had no problem with that but I later realised I needed insurance too which was not included with extension. I rang again to hold with the rent. Then I found that renting as new account is more cost efficient and insurance included than extending so I returned vehicle on time frame. However I was told that money already been deducted from my card for extension and they told it will be refunded. I have presented them with all documentation that car was returned. After long communication they have admitted the mistake and promised that refund will be issued. As of today is almost 4 month but no money received. Be aware as they are quick to take your money but no refunds. Show less

Car in great condition. HOWEVER they a cheeky bunch: You have to pay extra 15 euros, else you have to bring the car back professionally cleaned! Never heard anything like this before. You will have to pay extra upon collection. PLUS they don't give you the car documents, only the rental contract "in case the car gets stolen" (???). We got stopped twice by the police who said this is not acceptable. This could cause you trouble expecially if you cross into the other Baltic states as they stop most cars crossing the border. Det er et rent fusk selskab, en tredje part udlejer, som tjener penge på at narre folk. Selvom man køber forsikring, den dækker ikke noget, selskabet er ikke tilgængelig telefonisk eller fysisk. Udlejning selskabet er også interesseret at tjene penge på alt - du skal vaske og gøre bilen rent inden returnering, personale virkelig uprofessionel og taler ned til folk. Hold jer væk! Show less

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I got scammed and left with no vechicle to start our family holidays in Kaunas. Me and my 2 little boys got stuck for 1 hour waiting to collect a car. Later, when I finally got to the counter, I was refused a car hire even when I got all required documentation and followed all terms and conditions. "Toprent" agent made up a new requirement for the driving licence must not to expire in the next 6 months. Agent refused to issue the car or offer alternative solution. All this caused huge amount of stress and financial loss to me and my family. I do not recommend the Toprent, take care. Show less

The worst rent company ever, the guy that is sitting there is worthless and rude. They not taking american express cards but they writte it in the end of 500 pages with small letters which is one of the most important things in renting a car. The guy that was there instead of trying to help or offering some solutions making rude comments and saying that its not his problems. If you so dont love your job maybe just quit. Show less
