RENT - You deserve the best

Avoid this place. Unprofessional service.Don't expect any help or flexibility if something goes wrong. The staff at the front desk is extremely unprofessional — the agent simply walked away while I was trying to resolve a documentation issue. They are only interested in taking your money and will not enter your situation or offer any compromise. Zero customer support. Better rent elsewhere.The only reason for 2 stars is the Vilnius office. I managed to call them, and they were the only ones who actually explained the situation and tried to help. Total lack of empathy in Kaunas, but good support from the Vilnius team. Be careful when booking here! Show less

I got a brand new car from them with 16,000 km on the clock. mini suv There was no problem, I was happy with that car for 2 weeks. Very pleasant and consistent service. The worst rent company ever, the guy that is sitting there is worthless and rude. They not taking american express cards but they writte it in the end of 500 pages with small letters which is one of the most important things in renting a car. The guy that was there instead of trying to help or offering some solutions making rude comments and saying that its not his problems. If you so dont love your job maybe just quit. Show less

When i fly back home always using Top Rent. Good service and great cars. So far no issues and communication was clear. Prices…..everyone wants to get cheaper but what you pay what you get. Cars newer disappointed me. Clean low milages top spec. Hope in future they will add loyalty discounts. But overall will recommend and use again! Thanks Show less

The person working there is of questionable mental state. Very arrogant for no reason, absolutely no chance of having your questions answered. Contradicts himself, says it's up to the rental broker to decide whether debit cards are accepted. To get our money back we had to communicate with the broker (rentalcars.com), who told us to go back to the office so we could have a call over the speaker. When I came back to the office and mentioned a refund he quickly got angry, basically kicked me out, locked the office and disappeared. During this time other customers came and left. As a customer I've never been treated so bad because I'm never confrontational when solving issues. On the other hand when I called Toprent's central office they were reasonable in answering my questions.Avoid this place like the plague. 4 hours and 70 EUR wasted. Show less

Bendra patirtis su „TopRent“ buvo gera. Automobilis buvo techniškai tvarkingas, važiavo sklandžiai, o nuomos procesas buvo paprastas. Darbuotojai buvo mandagūs ir profesionalūs.Tačiau buvo ir keletas dalykų, kuriuos būtų galima patobulinti. Automobilio atsiėmimo metu teko laukti beveik valandą, nes kurį laiką prie aptarnavimo stalo nebuvo darbuotojo. Taip pat automobilio langai ir veidrodžiai galėjo būti nuvalyti kruopščiau – jie atrodė tik nuplauti vandeniu.Nepaisant šių trūkumų, bendra patirtis buvo teigiama, todėl tikėtina, kad ateityje vėl rinkčiausi „TopRent“ paslaugas. Rented a Car from Toprent with a child seat for a family holiday. I was offered a broken seat, when I refused I was offered a seat that was the incorrect size and very dirty. Eventually had to borrow a seat from another company. I won't be using them again. Show less
