Overall my experience with TopRent was excellent. Staff where friendly and kind and ready to help. Picking up and returning car was simple too in Kaunas. Looking forward renting more in future.

I booked a car through Booking.com from June 5th to 13th.I was greeted by a polite staff member who explained everything to me from A to Z. I wasn’t aware of the late pick-up fee (my own mistake), and I was shown where to find all the relevant information about this.I also recommend buying petrol directly from this rental company, as it is cheaper than at local petrol stations. I had no idea this was possible—I was offered it on the spot.The car was clean and tidy, and thank you for offering to upgrade my booking to a larger car! However, I was happy to stick with a smaller one haha! Show less
