Initially I booked it through booking.com, but I will use their original site next time, because they can´t see what kind of insurance the customer made on booking.com. Besides they might give you a better deal at the counter. I was very pleased with the customer service, since the young woman was very informative and helpful. And the car was very clean and comfy, also had a good milage - VW T-Cross. I can recommend this compony for car rental. Show less
Great service. Easy to pick and return a car.
Even if their site let you book a car in the bus station, they'll call you to ask to pay for the delivery (30€ a/r). If you need a company which accepts debit card go for Alamo.

Warning: Avoid Renting a Car in TopRent – Our Deposit Was Never ReturnedWe recently went on vacation to Lithuania and rented a car for a few days.We paid a deposit, and upon returning the car in perfect condition, we were assured that the deposit would be refunded within a week. However, despite numerous follow-ups over the past few months, we have yet to receive the refund. Car in great condition. HOWEVER they a cheeky bunch: You have to pay extra 15 euros, else you have to bring the car back professionally cleaned! Never heard anything like this before. You will have to pay extra upon collection. PLUS they don't give you the car documents, only the rental contract "in case the car gets stolen" (???). We got stopped twice by the police who said this is not acceptable. This could cause you trouble expecially if you cross into the other Baltic states as they stop most cars crossing the border. The guy that was there instead of trying to help or offering some solutions making rude comments and saying that its not his problems. If you so dont love your job maybe just quit. Show less
