TOP RENT - You deserve the best!

Leider muss ich sagen, dass sogar 1 Stern zu viel für diese Firma ist. Insgesamt war ich anfangs ganz zufrieden mit dem Service, bis ich etwa 5 Monate nach der Anmietung meines Autos eine E-Mail von ihnen erhielt. Darin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie mir 150 Euro abziehen, weil ich angeblich einen Strafzettel erhalten habe – was definitiv nicht stimmt.Es scheint, als würden sie auf diese Weise versuchen, ihr Geld zu verdienen, und das ist sehr schade. Ich kann diese Firma daher nicht empfehlen. Show less

Car in great condition. HOWEVER they a cheeky bunch: You have to pay extra 15 euros, else you have to bring the car back professionally cleaned! Never heard anything like this before. You will have to pay extra upon collection. PLUS they don't give you the car documents, only the rental contract "in case the car gets stolen" (???). We got stopped twice by the police who said this is not acceptable. This could cause you trouble expecially if you cross into the other Baltic states as they stop most cars crossing the border. I got a brand new car from them with 16,000 km on the clock. mini suv There was no problem, I was happy with that car for 2 weeks. Very pleasant and consistent service. Be careful when you sign the documents before taking a car for rent because you are signing that if you violate the traffic rules some unheard of company Admita will charge you not only a fine but another €50 on top... and I don't know for what.Since it is very easy to commit a violate in Lithuania, especially if you come from another country where the rules are different, you may have considerable losses. This company Admita fines you more than the police fine.For example: for wrong parking a fine is €15 but you will pay €65 . €50 will take from your card extra because you are signed. :(Choose rental companies carefully! I rented a car from TopRent, booked through a third-party provider, from 14–22 February 2026. Their office is located inside the airport, and the car park is only a 3–5 minute walk away.The pick-up process itself was straightforward. However, as I arrived an hour early, I was asked to wait until my scheduled rental start time. When I returned at the correct time, there was a queue, which meant I had to wait a further 45 minutes.Aside from the waiting time, everything was excellent. The car was great, and the drop-off process was quick and easy, with a staff member present in the car park. Some customers may be charged €15 for cleaning on top of the rental fee, which I think is reasonable.Overall, I had no problems at all and would happily rent from them again. Show less

Arrived at Kaunas after booking car rental through booking.com only to be told i had to pay an extra £100 deposit as i did not have a credit card. Was then told inhad tontake their insurance out at €20 per day. I was told the deposit would be refunded after a month. Waited a month, no refund. Called them at least 6 times over a number of days. Different agents answered. One palmed me off to another and nearly 2 months on still no refund, accepted that ive lost out. Very disappointed and upset Show less
