J'accepte le fait d'avoir des frais supplémentaires mais lorsque ils sont pas marqués dans les conditions de ventes j'estime que c'est du vol. Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I got scammed and left with no vechicle to start our family holidays in Kaunas. Me and my 2 little boys got stuck for 1 hour waiting to collect a car. Later, when I finally got to the counter, I was refused a car hire even when I got all required documentation and followed all terms and conditions. "Toprent" agent made up a new requirement for the driving licence must not to expire in the next 6 months. Agent refused to issue the car or offer alternative solution. All this caused huge amount of stress and financial loss to me and my family. I do not recommend the Toprent, take care. Show less

Amazing!The desk is located inside the airport and is very easy to find. I booked a car through Booking.com from June 5th to 13th.I was greeted by a polite staff member who explained everything to me from A to Z. I wasn’t aware of the late pick-up fee (my own mistake), and I was shown where to find all the relevant information about this.I also recommend buying petrol directly from this rental company, as it is cheaper than at local petrol stations. I had no idea this was possible—I was offered it on the spot.The car was clean and tidy, and thank you for offering to upgrade my booking to a larger car! However, I was happy to stick with a smaller one haha! Show less

Hi Top Rent TeamAs you can see from my booking sheet (attached) I rented a Car from you to go from Kaunas to Riga Airport.The Car was perfectly OKAt your service desk the gentleman that booked me in advised of the options for Insurance, Fuel and Cleaning requirements.When I asked about the Fuel policy he highly recommended I pay for a full tank as the cost per/litre was cheaper than purchasing at a station.I asked him would I use the complete TANK OF PETROL? Which he confirmed YES but I should only top up 5 litres if I needed to.Attached is a picture of the Tank showing I only use 1/4 of a Tank from Kaunas to Riga.Therefore I felt cheated by this person who wanted me to purchase a Full Tank.I filled the Tank to FULL (see picture) and now ask for a refund of the €74.34.As you can see from my receipt for Fuel I only used €32.02Please refund to the card I used for the payment.Awaiting your conformation. Super smooth experience with TOPrent. I fly to Lithuania often for work, and this time I landed very late at midnight in Kaunas, but the staff was still there waiting for me at the airport with the keys ready. The girl who helped me was very friendly and explained everything clearly.The whole process was easy, fast, and stress free. Their prices were also better than other rental companies I’ve used before for the same car category.Everything was perfect. Highly recommend TOPrent if you’re visiting Lithuania and need a reliable rental car. Definitely renting from them again on my future trips. Show less

Bendra patirtis su „TopRent“ buvo gera. Automobilis buvo techniškai tvarkingas, važiavo sklandžiai, o nuomos procesas buvo paprastas. Darbuotojai buvo mandagūs ir profesionalūs.Tačiau buvo ir keletas dalykų, kuriuos būtų galima patobulinti. Automobilio atsiėmimo metu teko laukti beveik valandą, nes kurį laiką prie aptarnavimo stalo nebuvo darbuotojo. Taip pat automobilio langai ir veidrodžiai galėjo būti nuvalyti kruopščiau – jie atrodė tik nuplauti vandeniu.Nepaisant šių trūkumų, bendra patirtis buvo teigiama, todėl tikėtina, kad ateityje vėl rinkčiausi „TopRent“ paslaugas. Pliusai:-Nuomos punkto vaikinukai tikrai šauniai atlieka savo darbą yra labai paslaugūs, atsakantys į visus klausimus ir maloniai bendraujantys-Greitas dokumentų patikrinimas, mašinos atsiėmimas ir pridavimas.-Nuomavausi kelis kartus iš šios kompanijos. Mašinas gavau tvarkingas ir švarias.Minusai:-nėra nurodyta informacija, kad TopRent randasi Enterprise kompanijoje. (Visą šią informaciją radau tik per žmonių komentarus).-ĮSPĖJIMAS! Ši kompanija reikalauja kreditinės kortelės. Priima tik VISA ir MasterCard. Show less

Arrived at Kaunas after booking car rental through booking.com only to be told i had to pay an extra £100 deposit as i did not have a credit card. Was then told inhad tontake their insurance out at €20 per day. I was told the deposit would be refunded after a month. Waited a month, no refund. Called them at least 6 times over a number of days. Different agents answered. One palmed me off to another and nearly 2 months on still no refund, accepted that ive lost out. Very disappointed and upset Show less

Car in great condition. HOWEVER they a cheeky bunch: You have to pay extra 15 euros, else you have to bring the car back professionally cleaned! Never heard anything like this before. You will have to pay extra upon collection. PLUS they don't give you the car documents, only the rental contract "in case the car gets stolen" (???). We got stopped twice by the police who said this is not acceptable. This could cause you trouble expecially if you cross into the other Baltic states as they stop most cars crossing the border. Be very cautious with this company. They literally withheld my deposit, which I was supposed to get back. I followed all the instructions and met every term required, even going as far as paying out of pocket to have the car washed and returned in perfect condition. Despite doing everything right, when we tried to raise the issue, they ignored us completely and kept repeating that the deposit would be returned. It's been months, and we've still received nothing. Absolutely unacceptable Show less
