Gotta be careful what extras you're paying for as they may lie and overcharge you. Promise you free certain service and a big tank of cheap fuel, but when receipt is received via email much later, just to find out there was no free services and fuel tank they sold is actually small. Show less

Tuvimos que esperar una hora a que abrieran la oficina.Oficina que pone horario de 8 a 22:00 y eran las 11 de la mañana.Cuando los chicos llegaron el sistema operativo era muy lento haciendonos esperar otros 20minutos.Los trabajadores eran muy amables pero x toda la espera de no tener la oficina abierta a su hora yo no recomiendo esta empresa. Zapomnij o odzyskaniu swojego depozytu 300€ !!!!! (na który trzeba czekać 30 dni) zawsze znajdą coś żeby nie oddać twoich nie małych pieniędzy, bardzo ciężki kontakt i bardzo nie miła obsługa po zakończeniu umowy wynajmu traktują cię jak śmiecia !!! Kasują cię za co chcą i ile chcą, auto inne niż zamawiałem o wiele gorszym standardzie , brudne na zewnątrz i nie posprzątane w środku, choć oczekują oddania auta posprzątanego lub uiszczenia opłaty 15€. Wykupienie dodatkowych ubezpieczeń plus dodatkowe 50€ jeśli jedziesz za granicę. I nie wiem co tam jeszcze ale z taniego wynajęcia auta zrobił się rachunek jak bym wynajął prywatny samolot na kilka dni !!!! Nie polecam nie skorzystam więcej i WSZYSTKICH OSTRZEGAM PRZED TYMI OSZYSTAMI !!!! Show less

Avoid this place. Unprofessional service.Don't expect any help or flexibility if something goes wrong. The staff at the front desk is extremely unprofessional — the agent simply walked away while I was trying to resolve a documentation issue. They are only interested in taking your money and will not enter your situation or offer any compromise. Zero customer support. Better rent elsewhere.The only reason for 2 stars is the Vilnius office. I managed to call them, and they were the only ones who actually explained the situation and tried to help. Total lack of empathy in Kaunas, but good support from the Vilnius team. Be careful when booking here! Show less

Update for below: they have finally refunded me after more than 4 month and only when this review went viral. For that reason I am not taking it down nor changing my rating to make other people aware and more vigilant. Updating my review as this company has just mocked me in mid day light. I have rented again as had a good experience before. Little did I know. I needed to extend my stay so I rang to extend rent. They had no problem with that but I later realised I needed insurance too which was not included with extension. I rang again to hold with the rent. Then I found that renting as new account is more cost efficient and insurance included than extending so I returned vehicle on time frame. However I was told that money already been deducted from my card for extension and they told it will be refunded. I have presented them with all documentation that car was returned. After long communication they have admitted the mistake and promised that refund will be issued. As of today is almost 4 month but no money received. Be aware as they are quick to take your money but no refunds. Show less

Rented a Car from Toprent with a child seat for a family holiday. I was offered a broken seat, when I refused I was offered a seat that was the incorrect size and very dirty. Eventually had to borrow a seat from another company. I won't be using them again. Show less

Automobilio nuoma praėjo sklandžiai, tačiau buvau informuotas, kad mano vairuotojo pažymėjimo galiojimas yra per trumpas, nors vėliau neradau tokio reikalavimo paskelbtose nuomos sąlygose. Dėl to teko pirkti papildomą draudimą. Šiuo metu laukiu TopRent paaiškinimo dėl šios situacijos.The rental process was generally smooth. However, I was informed that my driving licence validity was not sufficient, although I could not find such a requirement in the published rental terms. As a result, I had to purchase additional insurance. I am currently waiting for TopRent's clarification regarding this matter. Show less
