I was happy for more then 5 years until now.In the middle of my holiday rental time start noise when braking I checked my self anwas in very low condition brake pads and disc, how they can rent a cars in this condition I could kill my self , because of them also gear box noising when start engine or switch off on arrival pick up the car I was booked for manual gearbox car , but they haven't got in stock!! and lastly they charge me for fuel missing!Never back again and not recommend this rental company! When arriving to collect the car, we were told it was parked in the P1 parking area. After searching and not finding it, we went back to the office, but they sent us to the same parking area again. After another full walk around, the car was still nowhere to be found. Only after returning again did they tell us the car might be in another parking area located around 15 minutes away on foot.After finally picking up the car and driving only around 6 km home, the fuel gauge had already noticeably dropped, even though we were told the fuel tank was full.To make matters worse, after returning the car I received an email claiming there was a small scratch and they charged me €180 for it. The “scratch” looks more like something drawn with chalk rather than actual damage. When I asked them to provide video evidence, they started ignoring my requests and only kept repeating that the damage had already been confirmed.Avoid this company. Show less

Gotta be careful what extras you're paying for as they may lie and overcharge you. Promise you free certain service and a big tank of cheap fuel, but when receipt is received via email much later, just to find out there was no free services and fuel tank they sold is actually small. Show less

Updating my review as this company has just mocked me in mid day light. I have rented again as had a good experience before. Little did I know. I needed to extend my stay so I rang to extend rent. They had no problem with that but I later realised I needed insurance too which was not included with extension. I rang again to hold with the rent. Then I found that renting as new account is more cost efficient and insurance included than extending so I returned vehicle on time frame. However I was told that money already been deducted from my card for extension and they told it will be refunded. I have presented them with all documentation that car was returned. After long communication they have admitted the mistake and promised that refund will be issued. As of today is almost 4 month but no money received. Be aware as they are quick to take your money but no refunds. Show less

Amazing!The desk is located inside the airport and is very easy to find. I booked a car through Booking.com from June 5th to 13th.I was greeted by a polite staff member who explained everything to me from A to Z. I wasn’t aware of the late pick-up fee (my own mistake), and I was shown where to find all the relevant information about this.I also recommend buying petrol directly from this rental company, as it is cheaper than at local petrol stations. I had no idea this was possible—I was offered it on the spot.The car was clean and tidy, and thank you for offering to upgrade my booking to a larger car! However, I was happy to stick with a smaller one haha! Show less
