TOP RENT - You deserve the best!

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I got scammed and left with no vechicle to start our family holidays in Kaunas. Me and my 2 little boys got stuck for 1 hour waiting to collect a car. Later, when I finally got to the counter, I was refused a car hire even when I got all required documentation and followed all terms and conditions. "Toprent" agent made up a new requirement for the driving licence must not to expire in the next 6 months. Agent refused to issue the car or offer alternative solution. All this caused huge amount of stress and financial loss to me and my family. I do not recommend the Toprent, take care. Show less

When arriving to collect the car, we were told it was parked in the P1 parking area. After searching and not finding it, we went back to the office, but they sent us to the same parking area again. After another full walk around, the car was still nowhere to be found. Only after returning again did they tell us the car might be in another parking area located around 15 minutes away on foot.After finally picking up the car and driving only around 6 km home, the fuel gauge had already noticeably dropped, even though we were told the fuel tank was full.To make matters worse, after returning the car I received an email claiming there was a small scratch and they charged me €180 for it. The “scratch” looks more like something drawn with chalk rather than actual damage. When I asked them to provide video evidence, they started ignoring my requests and only kept repeating that the damage had already been confirmed.Avoid this company. Show less

Warning: Avoid Renting a Car in TopRent – Our Deposit Was Never ReturnedWe recently went on vacation to Lithuania and rented a car for a few days.We paid a deposit, and upon returning the car in perfect condition, we were assured that the deposit would be refunded within a week. No aparece por ningún lado el mostrador, y cuando por fin te enteras por Google Maps que es el mismo que enterprise rent-a-car, tardan muchísimo en atender a los cuatro que están delante. Great price for the rental. However, I was not aware that the keys had to collected from Enterprise stall. The lady at the counter helped me with my insurance as I had bought the wrong policy through Ryanair.Overall, great customer service and quality of cars. Show less

Car in great condition. HOWEVER they a cheeky bunch: You have to pay extra 15 euros, else you have to bring the car back professionally cleaned! Never heard anything like this before. You will have to pay extra upon collection. PLUS they don't give you the car documents, only the rental contract "in case the car gets stolen" (???). We got stopped twice by the police who said this is not acceptable. This could cause you trouble expecially if you cross into the other Baltic states as they stop most cars crossing the border. Avoid this place. Unprofessional service.Don't expect any help or flexibility if something goes wrong. The staff at the front desk is extremely unprofessional — the agent simply walked away while I was trying to resolve a documentation issue. They are only interested in taking your money and will not enter your situation or offer any compromise. Zero customer support. Better rent elsewhere.The only reason for 2 stars is the Vilnius office. I managed to call them, and they were the only ones who actually explained the situation and tried to help. Total lack of empathy in Kaunas, but good support from the Vilnius team. Be careful when booking here! Show less
