Zapomnij o odzyskaniu swojego depozytu 300€ !!!!! (na który trzeba czekać 30 dni) zawsze znajdą coś żeby nie oddać twoich nie małych pieniędzy, bardzo ciężki kontakt i bardzo nie miła obsługa po zakończeniu umowy wynajmu traktują cię jak śmiecia !!! Kasują cię za co chcą i ile chcą, auto inne niż zamawiałem o wiele gorszym standardzie , brudne na zewnątrz i nie posprzątane w środku, choć oczekują oddania auta posprzątanego lub uiszczenia opłaty 15€. Wykupienie dodatkowych ubezpieczeń plus dodatkowe 50€ jeśli jedziesz za granicę. I nie wiem co tam jeszcze ale z taniego wynajęcia auta zrobił się rachunek jak bym wynajął prywatny samolot na kilka dni !!!! Nie polecam nie skorzystam więcej i WSZYSTKICH OSTRZEGAM PRZED TYMI OSZYSTAMI !!!! Show less

Leider muss ich sagen, dass sogar 1 Stern zu viel für diese Firma ist. Insgesamt war ich anfangs ganz zufrieden mit dem Service, bis ich etwa 5 Monate nach der Anmietung meines Autos eine E-Mail von ihnen erhielt. Darin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie mir 150 Euro abziehen, weil ich angeblich einen Strafzettel erhalten habe – was definitiv nicht stimmt.Es scheint, als würden sie auf diese Weise versuchen, ihr Geld zu verdienen, und das ist sehr schade. Ich kann diese Firma daher nicht empfehlen. Show less

Avoid this place. Unprofessional service.Don't expect any help or flexibility if something goes wrong. The staff at the front desk is extremely unprofessional — the agent simply walked away while I was trying to resolve a documentation issue. They are only interested in taking your money and will not enter your situation or offer any compromise. Zero customer support. Better rent elsewhere.The only reason for 2 stars is the Vilnius office. I managed to call them, and they were the only ones who actually explained the situation and tried to help. Total lack of empathy in Kaunas, but good support from the Vilnius team. Be careful when booking here! Show less

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I got scammed and left with no vechicle to start our family holidays in Kaunas. Me and my 2 little boys got stuck for 1 hour waiting to collect a car. Later, when I finally got to the counter, I was refused a car hire even when I got all required documentation and followed all terms and conditions. "Toprent" agent made up a new requirement for the driving licence must not to expire in the next 6 months. Agent refused to issue the car or offer alternative solution. All this caused huge amount of stress and financial loss to me and my family. I do not recommend the Toprent, take care. Show less

Never book with these guys. Told me via phone that I could pay the depoid with debid card. Ones there it wasnt possible. To rent the car they told me to take the most expensive insurance pack (100 euro or so) and after I could do the deposid by depid card. Now more then a month later I am still waiting to get the deposid back. But they always have other excuses. Very bad company. Also unfriendely and slow workers at the pick up. Show less

Worst customer service, you can get the young lady at the counter was rude tried to scam me with selling extras when i dont need them. And her words was your private insurance means nothing to us, and if you don’t want the car just leave. Please reach out to as i would like to put formal complain against one of your staff members, incident happened Friday 5th of December at 1pm Kaunas airport. Show less

Inconvenient car pick up and drop off location, if you have loads of luggages, consider that you will need to walk a distance. Car was in bad condition dirty, no screen wash, they refused to give another one, never happened like this in many years of renting from them... 3 stars only because I was loyal customer.. Show less

Hi Top Rent TeamAs you can see from my booking sheet (attached) I rented a Car from you to go from Kaunas to Riga Airport.The Car was perfectly OKAt your service desk the gentleman that booked me in advised of the options for Insurance, Fuel and Cleaning requirements.When I asked about the Fuel policy he highly recommended I pay for a full tank as the cost per/litre was cheaper than purchasing at a station.I asked him would I use the complete TANK OF PETROL? Which he confirmed YES but I should only top up 5 litres if I needed to.Attached is a picture of the Tank showing I only use 1/4 of a Tank from Kaunas to Riga.Therefore I felt cheated by this person who wanted me to purchase a Full Tank.I filled the Tank to FULL (see picture) and now ask for a refund of the €74.34.As you can see from my receipt for Fuel I only used €32.02Please refund to the card I used for the payment.Awaiting your conformation. I rented a car from TopRent, booked through a third-party provider, from 14–22 February 2026. Their office is located inside the airport, and the car park is only a 3–5 minute walk away.The pick-up process itself was straightforward. However, as I arrived an hour early, I was asked to wait until my scheduled rental start time. When I returned at the correct time, there was a queue, which meant I had to wait a further 45 minutes.Aside from the waiting time, everything was excellent. The car was great, and the drop-off process was quick and easy, with a staff member present in the car park. Some customers may be charged €15 for cleaning on top of the rental fee, which I think is reasonable.Overall, I had no problems at all and would happily rent from them again. Show less

Good price, nice car, close location to airport kaunas (no shuttle, just a short walk). Friendly staff. Didn’t like the extensive extra list and felt ripped off by the 15€ „mandatory cleaning costs“. All these questions and payments make the checkin slow Show less
