Det er et rent fusk selskab, en tredje part udlejer, som tjener penge på at narre folk. Selvom man køber forsikring, den dækker ikke noget, selskabet er ikke tilgængelig telefonisk eller fysisk. Udlejning selskabet er også interesseret at tjene penge på alt - du skal vaske og gøre bilen rent inden returnering, personale virkelig uprofessionel og taler ned til folk. Hold jer væk! Show less

Car in great condition. HOWEVER they a cheeky bunch: You have to pay extra 15 euros, else you have to bring the car back professionally cleaned! Never heard anything like this before. You will have to pay extra upon collection. PLUS they don't give you the car documents, only the rental contract "in case the car gets stolen" (???). We got stopped twice by the police who said this is not acceptable. This could cause you trouble expecially if you cross into the other Baltic states as they stop most cars crossing the border. Mašinas gavau tvarkingas ir švarias.Minusai:-nėra nurodyta informacija, kad TopRent randasi Enterprise kompanijoje. (Visą šią informaciją radau tik per žmonių komentarus).-ĮSPĖJIMAS! Zapomnij o odzyskaniu swojego depozytu 300€ !!!!! (na który trzeba czekać 30 dni) zawsze znajdą coś żeby nie oddać twoich nie małych pieniędzy, bardzo ciężki kontakt i bardzo nie miła obsługa po zakończeniu umowy wynajmu traktują cię jak śmiecia !!! Kasują cię za co chcą i ile chcą, auto inne niż zamawiałem o wiele gorszym standardzie , brudne na zewnątrz i nie posprzątane w środku, choć oczekują oddania auta posprzątanego lub uiszczenia opłaty 15€. Wykupienie dodatkowych ubezpieczeń plus dodatkowe 50€ jeśli jedziesz za granicę. I nie wiem co tam jeszcze ale z taniego wynajęcia auta zrobił się rachunek jak bym wynajął prywatny samolot na kilka dni !!!! Nie polecam nie skorzystam więcej i WSZYSTKICH OSTRZEGAM PRZED TYMI OSZYSTAMI !!!! Show less

When i fly back home always using Top Rent. Good service and great cars. So far no issues and communication was clear. Prices…..everyone wants to get cheaper but what you pay what you get. Cars newer disappointed me. Clean low milages top spec. Hope in future they will add loyalty discounts. But overall will recommend and use again! Thanks Show less

No aparece por ningún lado el mostrador, y cuando por fin te enteras por Google Maps que es el mismo que enterprise rent-a-car, tardan muchísimo en atender a los cuatro que están delante. Después de haber recorrido dos veces el tramo lleno de nieve y helador del aeropuerto a la zona de alquiler de coches. Última vez. Show less

No tenían el coche manual que había contratado con Booking, decía el dependiente que solo tenía automático.No me llevé el coche que yo no había contratado. Fui tratado con falta de respeto por un impresentable. En fin...gentuza te puedes encontrar en cualquier lugar. Show less
