Warning: Avoid Renting a Car in TopRent – Our Deposit Was Never ReturnedWe recently went on vacation to Lithuania and rented a car for a few days.We paid a deposit, and upon returning the car in perfect condition, we were assured that the deposit would be refunded within a week. However, despite numerous follow-ups over the past few months, we have yet to receive the refund. Unfortunately, this has left us feeling disappointed with the experience.Based on our situation, we would advise not to rent from this scam company Show less

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I got scammed and left with no vechicle to start our family holidays in Kaunas. Me and my 2 little boys got stuck for 1 hour waiting to collect a car. Later, when I finally got to the counter, I was refused a car hire even when I got all required documentation and followed all terms and conditions. "Toprent" agent made up a new requirement for the driving licence must not to expire in the next 6 months. Agent refused to issue the car or offer alternative solution. All this caused huge amount of stress and financial loss to me and my family. I do not recommend the Toprent, take care. Show less
