Mašinas gavau tvarkingas ir švarias.Minusai:-nėra nurodyta informacija, kad TopRent randasi Enterprise kompanijoje. (Visą šią informaciją radau tik per žmonių komentarus).-ĮSPĖJIMAS! Jei norit likti be automobilio mažiau nei 24 valandas prieš - rinktinės juos:)Labai nusivyliau TOPRENT paslaugomis ir aptarnavimu. Penktadienį rezervavau automobilį, gavau patvirtinimą, o šeštadienį sulaukiau skambučio, kad savaitgalį atsiėmimas iš Kauno stoties negalimas. Man buvo pasiūlyta atsiimti automobilį Kauno oro uoste. Paaiškinau, kad man tai netinka, tačiau siūliau sumokėti papildomai, jei automobilis būtų pristatytas į mano nurodytą vietą, tačiau vadybininkė atsisakė bet kokio kompromiso.Paprašius kompensuoti kelionės išlaidas arba pritaikyti nuolaidą užsakymui, vadybininkė pažadėjo perskambinti, tačiau taip ir nesulaukiau atsakymo. Po 3,5 val. gavau laišką į el. paštą su pranešimu, kad rezervacija atšaukta.Labai nuvylė neprofesionalus požiūris ir atsakomybės vengimas. Ne tik neišsprendė problemos, bet ir sugadino savaitgalio planus. Nerekomenduoju. Show less

Inconvenient car pick up and drop off location, if you have loads of luggages, consider that you will need to walk a distance. Car was in bad condition dirty, no screen wash, they refused to give another one, never happened like this in many years of renting from them... 3 stars only because I was loyal customer.. Show less

Car in great condition. HOWEVER they a cheeky bunch: You have to pay extra 15 euros, else you have to bring the car back professionally cleaned! Never heard anything like this before. You will have to pay extra upon collection. PLUS they don't give you the car documents, only the rental contract "in case the car gets stolen" (???). We got stopped twice by the police who said this is not acceptable. This could cause you trouble expecially if you cross into the other Baltic states as they stop most cars crossing the border. The car was clean, in great condition, and the pricing was reasonable. No hidden surprises, no unnecessary complications, just a straightforward and reliable service.What I also really liked was how simple it was to find the parking area where the car was located. After leaving the airport, it was only around a 3-minute walk from their office to the airport parking lot, so the pickup and drop off process felt very smooth.I’ll definitely be using TOPrent⁠ again for my future trips to Lithuania and would recommend them to anyone looking for an easy car rental experience at Kaunas Airport. Very poor service, I will never again use this company. Landed, office closed, 10 min to get through to someone on the phone, was told staff are on the way, waited half an hour still - no one, called again, 10 min on hold yet again, someone picked up the phone to tell me staff is there and maybe I went somewhere else, told I was in front of the office, then told to go to enterprise car rental and someone would help, waisted time waiting and misinformed 45min unnecessary after what was a long day of travel already . I would not recommend TOPRENT based on my experience.I rented a car from TOPRENT at Kaunas Airport in May 2026. After my rental ended, the company charged my credit card €580 for alleged damage without providing any evidence. The invoice simply stated there was a "dent" and included no photographs, inspection report, or explanation of how the damage was linked to my rental.After I disputed the charge and requested evidence, TOPRENT admitted that the charge had been made in error and agreed to refund the money. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning of a lengthy and frustrating process.Over the following weeks, I received a series of contradictory emails. At various times, I was told that:the refund was being processed;the refund had already been sent;the refund had been sent on a specific date;the refund had been processed but no proof could be provided;the refund had not actually been sent due to another "mistake";the refund had been approved but was still waiting for someone to execute the payment.Every time I contacted customer service, I received a different explanation. Despite repeated assurances that the refund would be completed "within a few days," I had to wait several weeks before my money was finally returned.To make matters worse, because the refund was delayed for so long, I incurred additional interest charges from my credit card provider. I also lost money due to exchange rate differences between the original charge and the delayed refund. TOPRENT refused to reimburse either of these losses, even though they resulted directly from their mistake and the prolonged delay.The customer service throughout this process was disappointing. While staff repeatedly apologised, they were unable to provide accurate information or realistic timelines, and they repeatedly gave incorrect updates about the status of my refund.Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company resolves them. In my case, the handling of the dispute, the lack of transparency, the conflicting information, and the excessive delay in returning my money left me with very little confidence in TOPRENT.I hope TOPRENT improves its claims handling and customer service so that other customers do not have a similar experience. I rented a car from TopRent, booked through a third-party provider, from 14–22 February 2026. Their office is located inside the airport, and the car park is only a 3–5 minute walk away.The pick-up process itself was straightforward. However, as I arrived an hour early, I was asked to wait until my scheduled rental start time. When I returned at the correct time, there was a queue, which meant I had to wait a further 45 minutes.Aside from the waiting time, everything was excellent. The car was great, and the drop-off process was quick and easy, with a staff member present in the car park. Some customers may be charged €15 for cleaning on top of the rental fee, which I think is reasonable.Overall, I had no problems at all and would happily rent from them again. Show less

rien n'est marqué dans les conditions.N'essayez même pas de louer une voiture si vous avez une carte de débit et non crédit car ils vous facturons 20 euros d'assurance.Si vous êtes jeunes conducteurs rajoutez 38 euros de frais. J'accepte le fait d'avoir des frais supplémentaires mais lorsque ils sont pas marqués dans les conditions de ventes j'estime que c'est du vol. Ce pays est un pays d'escroc voleurs fuyez à tout prix !!!! Show less

Bendra patirtis su „TopRent“ buvo gera. Automobilis buvo techniškai tvarkingas, važiavo sklandžiai, o nuomos procesas buvo paprastas. Darbuotojai buvo mandagūs ir profesionalūs.Tačiau buvo ir keletas dalykų, kuriuos būtų galima patobulinti. Automobilio atsiėmimo metu teko laukti beveik valandą, nes kurį laiką prie aptarnavimo stalo nebuvo darbuotojo. Taip pat automobilio langai ir veidrodžiai galėjo būti nuvalyti kruopščiau – jie atrodė tik nuplauti vandeniu.Nepaisant šių trūkumų, bendra patirtis buvo teigiama, todėl tikėtina, kad ateityje vėl rinkčiausi „TopRent“ paslaugas.
