TOP RENT - You deserve the best!

Update for below: they have finally refunded me after more than 4 month and only when this review went viral. For that reason I am not taking it down nor changing my rating to make other people aware and more vigilant. Updating my review as this company has just mocked me in mid day light. I have rented again as had a good experience before. Little did I know. I needed to extend my stay so I rang to extend rent. They had no problem with that but I later realised I needed insurance too which was not included with extension. I rang again to hold with the rent. Then I found that renting as new account is more cost efficient and insurance included than extending so I returned vehicle on time frame. However I was told that money already been deducted from my card for extension and they told it will be refunded. I have presented them with all documentation that car was returned. After long communication they have admitted the mistake and promised that refund will be issued. As of today is almost 4 month but no money received. Be aware as they are quick to take your money but no refunds. Show less

Be very cautious with this company. They literally withheld my deposit, which I was supposed to get back. I followed all the instructions and met every term required, even going as far as paying out of pocket to have the car washed and returned in perfect condition. Despite doing everything right, when we tried to raise the issue, they ignored us completely and kept repeating that the deposit would be returned. It's been months, and we've still received nothing. When i fly back home always using Top Rent. Good service and great cars. So far no issues and communication was clear. Prices…..everyone wants to get cheaper but what you pay what you get. Cars newer disappointed me. Clean low milages top spec. Hope in future they will add loyalty discounts. But overall will recommend and use again! Thanks Show less

Be careful when you sign the documents before taking a car for rent because you are signing that if you violate the traffic rules some unheard of company Admita will charge you not only a fine but another €50 on top... and I don't know for what.Since it is very easy to commit a violate in Lithuania, especially if you come from another country where the rules are different, you may have considerable losses. This company Admita fines you more than the police fine.For example: for wrong parking a fine is €15 but you will pay €65 . €50 will take from your card extra because you are signed. :(Choose rental companies carefully!
