Zapomnij o odzyskaniu swojego depozytu 300€ !!!!! (na który trzeba czekać 30 dni) zawsze znajdą coś żeby nie oddać twoich nie małych pieniędzy, bardzo ciężki kontakt i bardzo nie miła obsługa po zakończeniu umowy wynajmu traktują cię jak śmiecia !!! Kasują cię za co chcą i ile chcą, auto inne niż zamawiałem o wiele gorszym standardzie , brudne na zewnątrz i nie posprzątane w środku, choć oczekują oddania auta posprzątanego lub uiszczenia opłaty 15€. Wykupienie dodatkowych ubezpieczeń plus dodatkowe 50€ jeśli jedziesz za granicę. I nie wiem co tam jeszcze ale z taniego wynajęcia auta zrobił się rachunek jak bym wynajął prywatny samolot na kilka dni !!!! Nie polecam nie skorzystam więcej i WSZYSTKICH OSTRZEGAM PRZED TYMI OSZYSTAMI !!!! Show less

Updating my review as this company has just mocked me in mid day light. I have rented again as had a good experience before. Little did I know. I needed to extend my stay so I rang to extend rent. They had no problem with that but I later realised I needed insurance too which was not included with extension. I rang again to hold with the rent. Then I found that renting as new account is more cost efficient and insurance included than extending so I returned vehicle on time frame. However I was told that money already been deducted from my card for extension and they told it will be refunded. I have presented them with all documentation that car was returned. After long communication they have admitted the mistake and promised that refund will be issued. As of today is almost 4 month but no money received. Be aware as they are quick to take your money but no refunds. Show less

Labai sauni imone, labai patogus uzsakymo budas, net ir paskutine minute. Ne pirma karta naudojuosi ir visada labai patenkina aptarnavimu. Komanda labai paslaugi, efektingai paaiskina ir net padeda suderinti, bet kokius pokycius. Siuo kartu mane aptarnavo Marius. Puikus komandos narys. Aciu labai! Never book with these guys. Told me via phone that I could pay the depoid with debid card. Ones there it wasnt possible. To rent the car they told me to take the most expensive insurance pack (100 euro or so) and after I could do the deposid by depid card. Now more then a month later I am still waiting to get the deposid back. But they always have other excuses. Very bad company. Also unfriendely and slow workers at the pick up. Show less

Gotta be careful what extras you're paying for as they may lie and overcharge you. Promise you free certain service and a big tank of cheap fuel, but when receipt is received via email much later, just to find out there was no free services and fuel tank they sold is actually small. Show less

Hi Top Rent TeamAs you can see from my booking sheet (attached) I rented a Car from you to go from Kaunas to Riga Airport.The Car was perfectly OKAt your service desk the gentleman that booked me in advised of the options for Insurance, Fuel and Cleaning requirements.When I asked about the Fuel policy he highly recommended I pay for a full tank as the cost per/litre was cheaper than purchasing at a station.I asked him would I use the complete TANK OF PETROL? Which he confirmed YES but I should only top up 5 litres if I needed to.Attached is a picture of the Tank showing I only use 1/4 of a Tank from Kaunas to Riga.Therefore I felt cheated by this person who wanted me to purchase a Full Tank.I filled the Tank to FULL (see picture) and now ask for a refund of the €74.34.As you can see from my receipt for Fuel I only used €32.02Please refund to the card I used for the payment.Awaiting your conformation. The car rental experience was fine, but a week after the rental, I received an email saying we'd been fined. The email didn't include the actual fine; instead, it was an invoice from this company, TOPRENT, which doesn't verify the fine's authenticity. We replied to the email asking them to send us the police report, but they flatly refused. This leads us to believe we've been scammed and charged for the fine to make extra money. The money was taken directly from my bank account without any recourse. I absolutely do not recommend this company. Show less
