Be very cautious with this company. They literally withheld my deposit, which I was supposed to get back. I followed all the instructions and met every term required, even going as far as paying out of pocket to have the car washed and returned in perfect condition. Despite doing everything right, when we tried to raise the issue, they ignored us completely and kept repeating that the deposit would be returned. It's been months, and we've still received nothing. Absolutely unacceptable Show less

However, despite numerous follow-ups over the past few months, we have yet to receive the refund. Even if their site let you book a car in the bus station, they'll call you to ask to pay for the delivery (30€ a/r). If you need a company which accepts debit card go for Alamo.
